What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise Bright Horizons at Prides Crossing for its exceptional staff, clean and well-designed facilities, and strong focus on child development. The center maintains excellent communication with families and provides a safe, nurturing environment. Multiple reviewers noted high tuition costs as the primary drawback.
My son attended for about 6 months and from start to finish, our experience was AMAZING. The admin, the teachers, the aftercare - everyone was always kind, patient, attentive, and dedicated to their jobs. This isn't daycare - they are intentional with your child each day. I could see the development and growth in my son that I don't think he would've received at home alone. Not to mention, I believe this Bright Horizon facility is the most beautiful: large play grounds, colorful and bright rooms, and a huge atrium for indoor play. If you are considering this location for childcare, do yourself and your child a favor and choose it!
Bright Horizons preschool has been wonderful for my 1.5-year-old! The center is always impeccably clean and very well organized, which gives me great peace of mind. The teachers and staff are incredibly attentive and caring, creating a warm and nurturing environment. What really stands out is the excellent communication from leadership and teachers—they keep parents well informed and involved every step of the way. I’m so happy with the care and attention my little one receives here!
Our daughter attended Bright Horizons for almost two years part-time. For year's, we didn't even know Bright Horizons was a daycare because it is so secluded and well-guarded. To date, I have yet to see another facility that has a concrete fence, gated entrance, exterior key code, and another set of double doors before you even reached the administrative staff. I never felt like my daughter was in danger because it was literally Fort Knox. The directors were always so friendly, and more than happy to stop and chat as you picked up your child each day. It was also great because it happened to be within walking distance to our home. It's also in a great location being that 95 and the hospital are nearby. The only reason we switched our daughter to another daycare was solely due to cost. I loved the small class sizes and the teachers were always so kind and caring. It was beautiful inside with an indoor playground. The outdoors were made turf and a rubber playground (again, I haven't seen another facility provide this). But, at the time, the steep price of daycare increased to $1400 a month. Food was no longer offered and camera access was not an option. The daycare we switched our daughter to provided both options for half the cost, and it was closer to our new home when we moved. Regardless, this is an amazing daycare facility, and the quality you get is still worth it.
The main problem with this center is that it doesn’t have enough stellar reviews! Since my child has been attending in January, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. Immediately when touring, I noticed how happy the toddlers were, how pleasant the teachers demeanors appeared, and how excited the kids were to see the director when she entered the room. Even when I toured for a second time, the floors were all clear (which is a feat when managing small children) and my son was so enamored with the play areas that he didn’t want to leave. That same energy persisted once he started attending. Every day he jumps out the car to race to his classroom. Not only are the teachers very attentive to his needs, but they are super responsive to family requests and inquiries in the app. I get comprehensive summaries and continuous pictures, videos and updates throughout the day, which some may find annoying but I enjoy them! Seeing his bright smiling face in the classroom makes my day. Honorable mention to the families at this center as well. The parents make a point to include all the students with invites to birthday parties, customized party favors and classroom celebrations. My son’s overall development has truly thrived. Tuition is a bit pricey, but it’s worth every penny in my opinion. My previous employer was an affiliate so that did help mitigate some of the upfront costs. We’re withdrawing at the end of next month for financial reasons but I would be more than willing to re-enroll if our circumstances change in the future.
I toured one other facility before Bright horizons and the differences were night and day. We knew as soon as walking in that this was the place for our daughter. All the staff, including the director Jasmine, are open, friendly, and helpful. My daughter really enjoys going and this is a big deal since she is super attached to me. Ms. Bothina has taken the time to personally work with my daughter and ease her transition as well as Ms. Emily and Ms. Kianna. They have made my daughter’s experience and transition such an easy and seamless one. The only downside is the cost since it is more than my mortgage payment but you truly get what u pay for and to know my child is safe, healthy, and happy is the most important thing. Thank you!
