Bright Horizons At Plaza Of Americas

We couldn’t be happier with Bright Horizon at Plaza of the Americas! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. The teachers are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. Not only do they provide a safe environment, but they also go above and beyond to nurture each child’s development. My son absolutely loves going every day. He’s learning so much through play, art, and structured activities, and it’s clear the staff truly care about his growth and happiness. The communication with parents is excellent too. They keep us updated and make us feel like real partners in his learning journey. If you’re looking for a place where your child will be safe, loved, and encouraged to thrive, I highly recommend it. It feels like a second home for our family, and I’m so grateful we found them!

I wouldn’t want to go to any other daycare. They are so incredibly loving and meet each child where they are. The meals, education and learning aspect is TOP tier! We are so grateful.

Absolutely love this location. Best choice we ever made for our son. He’s been there almost two years now and finishing up with one more year to go. Nicole and Tracy have been so impactful in both his learning as well as nurturing him to be a better human. The director is also amazing (knows every child and parents by name) and goes out of her way to make your child the most comfortable they can be away from home.

Our daughter has been going to Bright Horizons since she was 3 months old and is now two years old. She has loved all of her teachers and friends and we can tell that she is well cared for. I am impressed by how much she has learned. Highly recommend!

Deciding who to trust for childcare is a major decision for any working parent. Our experience with Bright Horizons from 6 mo to 2 years age range has been outstanding so far. Very consistent, sensitive, communicative, flexible, and thoughtful from management to the front desk to the classroom. Great value with easy to use app. Our kiddo is excited to go every day. I imagine that experiences come down mostly to who you have as teachers and for us Pablo, Adria, and Michelle, to name a few, have been such a pleasure to work with. We had been on the waitlists at multiple other high-end childcare spots but declined them all after visiting as they could not match the thoughtfulness and enthusiasm present in our Bright Horizons classrooms. Being inside Plaza of the Americas made drop off a bit confusing at first as you park (free for drop off) in the garage on the 4th floor and take an elevator down to the ground level (LL, not L) but now I find it very simple. Our kiddo loves the glass elevators and we get a short beautiful walk together in and out every day. Check-in is very simple and I have never waited in a long line of cars for drop off or parking as is common with free-standing locations. This place is a hidden gem and I suspect that the somewhat atypical location stops it from having a waitlist a mile long — lucky us!
