Bright Horizons At One Campus Martius

Our family cannot say enough good things about this daycare. From the moment our daughter started here as an infant, this place felt like home. As first-time parents, we were navigating everything for the first time, and the teachers, support staff, and leadership team created an environment that was warm, welcoming, and deeply supportive. Every morning, we were greeted with kindness and reassurance, and every evening we left knowing our child had been cared for, loved, and truly known. Over the years, our daughter grew from a baby into a confident, happy young preschooler, and the impact her teachers had on her development is undeniable. They celebrated milestones, comforted her on hard days, and treated her with genuine care and respect. It takes a special team to create that kind of consistency and trust, and this center has it at every level. We made the incredibly difficult decision to leave this daycare only because our family is growing and we needed something closer to home. This was not a reflection of the quality here — in fact, we happily commuted a long distance for years because we loved it so much. If you are looking for a place where your child will be safe, supported, challenged, and genuinely cared for, we cannot recommend this center highly enough. It will always hold a special place in our hearts.

My children have attended Bright Horizons downtown since they were each 3 months old and we've had a fantastic experience. The center is clean, safe, and secure, and the teachers and staff are very invested in my children's growth and development. We're so grateful to have a place we can trust to take our children every day.

Just reintegrating the 1 star: They figured out 7 months later we had a credit on our account and told me it’s going to take another month and a half to receive it. Not to mention Mary Beth was extremely rude when I called. Please don’t send your kids here. I have a few friends that have had good experiences here but that was not the case for my family. My daughter was sent home with her pants on backward, lips cut and the teachers could not tell me what happened and there was no incident report filed. My daughter advised another child hit her and there was no follow up with the other child’s parents to my knowledge. I was told the teachers received training. Even if there was no explanation as to why the incident happened, I still expected to know the condition of my daughter before I saw her lips bleeding. The teachers implied they didn't see my daughter's bloody lips until I picked her up, although the injuries were clearly visible from more than 3 ft away. Which makes me believe they were never paying attention at all with only 13 children in the room. I was insulted by the staff telling me that day her lips were chapped when I diligently ensure she's moisturized daily, especially in the winter. Some of the teachers here have bad dispositions and although senior leadership preaches high expectations, their employees are not meeting those standards. I would beware of paying such a high cost for negligence and no accountability for staff. It just seems they need to keep teachers around because they're understaffed so they’ll keep whoever will stay. I paid $1300 monthly for 3 days a week. My daughter cried everyday at drop off and pick up. This is not the case at her new school. She's happy. Listen to your kids.

This is an amazing facility and the staff are second to none. There is an app that accompanies the program and you receive constant updates regarding your child. Everyone I have interacted with has been polite and professional. The staff is also very personable, everyone remembers my daughter and me by name which is impressive due to the amount of people enrolled. The group sizes are small ensuring your child has individual attention. I would like to get a special shout out to MaRiesha who is my daughter's primary teacher. She has been wonderful to work with.

I really like this daycare. The staff gets to know you by name. It’s really clean and they have kind and caring teachers. My baby does well here and I can tell they care about him.
