This review is for the amazing medical staff in the Labor and Delivery unit — the doctors, and especially the nurses — who made the day of my delivery so beautiful. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and compassionate throughout the entire experience. There truly are no words to express how grateful I am for everything they did to make this day feel calm and peaceful for me and my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for turning such an important moment in our lives into a wonderful and comforting experience.

I’ve never in my life seen nurses on the job sleep at the hospital ever!! This is beyond ridiculous and disgusting my mom called me crying and screaming at 3am she couldn’t get any help I called the Nursing Staff Office and to my surprise the gentleman asked was it about the sleeping nurses so I just assumed I’m not the only caller they need to be fired. we are so disappointed in how she was treated we removed her to a different hospital due to how negligent they were and when I said sleep I mean like sleeping beauty Like a log Like a baby Like 3 babies Like they were at home alone sleep while patients buzzing for help To Ms Sherry You Need To Be Fired As Well I called to speak with her about the medication they had her wait forever for a whole day with no food or anything she was told she would be getting a Cat Scan After Waiting And Being In Pain An Entire Day She Was Told That They Cancelled all scan let’s not forget to add she lost her hearing after the cat scan due to the them giving her medication right before the cat scan now I think we all know that’s incorrect the medication combined with the contrast she was giving caused her to lose hearing now if nothing is done by the end of Monday it’s up and it’s stuck & now that little reply you guys like to give no thanks in advance My Mom Was Room 510E August 1st 3am I’m Sure Y'all Can Locate The Nurses That Was duty

ER and ICU Docs and Nurses were very good, but got out of ICU to go to Progressive care floor and Nurses were ok but Doctors were not that great. Then went to regular floor, Nurses were ok but Doctors seemed like they did not want to do anything, new my wife was dehydrated because she’s that way every week.has to take weekly IVs. Told Doctor she felt dehydrated and he said we don’t need to anymore blood work, you are being transferred to nursing facility for rehab to get stronger. I called my periodic buddy and set up an IV for her. My wife is battling cancer and is a type 1 diebitic and has been in and out of the hospital a total of around 45 days the last 2 years. Our regular hospital and Doctors are at Baylor in Dallas. Did not think she could have made it to Baylor because we live in east TX so we stopped in Kaufman and they go her stable. Medical City Dallas was the only hospital that had an ICU bed open is why we ended up here. Also we she got here by ambulance they had put her under emergency room that another lady had been in and it took 25 minutes for them to locate her for me. Hospital not bad, some of the so called specialist Doctors are not that good. (There was a nurse in the ICU that was excellent. Her name is Shannon, and on the E 8th floor Darby and Mia were excellent nurses as well). One of the Doctors did call me and explain what they were trying to accomplish with my wife and him calling was very nice and respectful.

I had a kidney stone that was 21 millimeters on my right side and my doctor i had was amazing! His name is Nabeel Syed M.D I had no complications with the surgery which they had to go in through the back yo lazzer the stone and brake it and su k it out with the machine. I stayed in the hospital for 3 days afterwards to make sure things were going good. The nurses and the hospital were amazing to. They took care of me every day i was there. Doctor syed came in to check on me and was there to talk to me and answer any questions I had. My surgery was at the Medical City of Dallas. Doctors, and nurses everyone was on point and I had no complaints while I stayed there. If you have a kidney stone and need a Doctor I do recommend Nabeel Syed M.D! He explains everything from prep to after surgery. A wonderful Doctor! Thanks Team for the amazing experience I had all the way through! ✝️💯✅️

The transplant team at medical city dallas is amazing. My brother had a kidney and pancreas transplant the day after Thanksgiving, they were very informative and caring. The nurses were even amazing. They always had a smile and were very compassionate. Any time he pushed the nurse button, they were on it. They made the process so easy. We are very thankful for everyone at this hospital. Being diabetic 40 years, he's seen his share of hospital's and this one is by far the best.
