During our search for a local childcare center, we struggled to find the right fit for our family until we found Bright Horizons. We loved that the facility was incredibly clean, organized, provided nutritious meals, and the warm feeling we got from everyone we met during the enrollment process. We have continued to have friendly, detailed communication from teachers and staff everyday since my son started. We love seeing pictures of him learning and know about all the amazing things that are happening in his classroom. There are many small group and whole group activities planned daily, as well as time for him to play and explore things that interest him. We have been so happy here and look forward to seeing how our son continues to learn and grow!
We have been extremely pleased with Bright Horizons of Crittenton after four months with our two-year old. We toured several facilities in the area, including ones much closer to our home, but were left discouraged and disappointed. First impressions upon our tour of Bright Horizons were the facility was well run and established, organized, and very clean! Our boy has been very loved and cared for and communication by teachers and the staff have been top notch. The staff all seem to enjoy it there with little to no employee turnover. Not all facilities offer infant care and it’s nice to know if we have more children that we can stay at one place. If you’re considering high quality childcare for your child, I highly recommend you take a tour.
We love Bright Horizons! Our family has had such a wonderful experience here. Everything within in the facility is clean, safe, and child friendly. The staffs communication is amazing and you can tell safety and the children’s well being is of the upmost importance to all staff member's. Our little boy is very well taken care of and highly recommend to anyone searching for a daycare/preschool!
We have been very happy with Bright Horizon since enrolling our son as an infant. Their commitment to exceptional care and continuous communication is truly fantastic. The dedicated teachers are prompt in contacting us if our child has an incident (a minor scrape, a surprise spit-up moment, or, let’s be honest, just aggressively loving a toy). We especially appreciate how the staff makes the classrooms so personal, featuring our family and pet photos. A huge shout-out to the daily updates via their app. It’s like having a live, hilarious documentary of his day! We love seeing all the candid, funny pictures of him all day. Sometimes, those daily photo proofs of him being an angel at daycare make us wonder who this tornado is that we pick up at the end of the day! Finally, the facility is extremely clean. This was our primary reason for choosing this location, and the standards have never slipped. Look forward to enjoying our next few years with them.
We frequently use Bright Horizons at Crittenton for back up care for work and we LOVE them. Everyone here is so amazing and we have 3 children and all the rooms are perfectly set up for each age group. My kids love going and they check in and pickup is very secure with someone always at the front desk. We never have any issues scheduling back up care with them. If we lived closer to them when I return to work I would definitely be taking my kids here for daycare!
