Bright Horizons is one of the BEST childcare center’s I’ve experienced. The staff at 11111 are caring and friendly, their always creating new activities for the kids to do. I especially look forward to the monthly calendar theme. While we are in such difficult times, the staff makes sure each child’s day is phenomenal!!!!!! ✨✨
We have had a great experience here this year! Since the pandemic started, they have been very good about communicating and following the latest guidelines and advice to keep everyone healthy. The teachers are warm and communicate with us often about our child. They have a mobile app that is easy to use and provides frequent updates.
The Penn Ave facility is hands-down the best daycare in the City. This is a professional operation run by highly trained, competent individuals. They are pros. We haven't had a single reservation about our daughter's safety or care at any point in the last year. We are so tremendously thankful to have the Penn Ave facility as part of our family. We're obviously in the middle of a giant public health crisis right now, but I literally can't imagine a safer, more responsible place to be sending our toddler. We've been sending him the entire time, and never felt unsafe or exposed. The staff is incredibly responsive, and even on the stuff that could easily fall by the wayside in logistically tough times (we get picture updates in the app all the time!). I've talked to other parents that don't feel like they have a good visibility into their child, and there are others that have been dealing with unreliability of staff. Neither are even close to an issue here. This is a well oiled machine in very strange times, and I feel like we're in great hands. For our family at least, the day-to-day reliability cannot be valued highly enough. They even go above and beyond making sure all of our child development quirks and ideas are honored. Trinese and staff are fantastic, and I can't recommend this BH location any more.
I think Bright Horizons is a great place to learn, play and be part of a family of caring providers. There is a sense of professional and dedicated staff that care for children. I have to give Bright Horizons a excellent rating for the type of child care provided.
