Bright Futures Learning Academy

My son has been attending bright futures for almost a year now and we have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff members are so good to not only my son, but to our family. The facilities are always clean and the staff always communicates with us if an issue ever arises. We have nothing but good things to say about the staff and facility. It is a peace of mind as a first time mom knowing your child is in good hands!

I love Bright Futures Early Learning Center. The staff if very friendly and loving to all the children. They do a lot of hands on learning and make it fun to learn and grow. Every time I go there, I see happy children engaged in learning and interacting with their teachers and making friends. It is a family atmosphere there. Ms. Tera founded this Center and I have seen her pour herself into making this Center the best it can be for the children and the families. Ms. Amanda is an excellent Director. She “ steers the ship” and makes sure there are plenty of teachers on board. From what I have seen, the teachers are wonderful. They really care for all the children. It really feels like a family at Bright Futures Early Learning Center. I will continue to go there for as long as I need the wonderful services that they provide. I highly recommend that you come in and see for yourself. It will be the best decision you will make for your early learner. I know it was for me.

I was nervous about my one year old starting daycare so young but after the first week, my worries were out the window! They give amazing updates through the Procare app and even pictures. I feel like the staff genuinely love and care for my little boy and the owner and director have always had great communication when things were needed from me in a timely manner. All around 10/10 experience here!

I couldn’t be happier with the care and love my children receive at Bright Futures Early Learning Center. From the very first day, the staff made us feel welcome, supported, and truly part of a community. The teachers are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and happiness. My children have blossomed emotionally, socially, and academically since starting here — and every day, they come home excited to share what they learned or experienced. What really gives me peace of mind is knowing my child is in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where they are not just watched, but deeply cared for. The communication with families is excellent, and I always feel informed and involved. If you’re looking for a center that feels like a second home and prioritizes your child’s development, Bright Futures is the perfect place.

I would put no stars If I could. Do not I repeat do not send your child here. I was given less than 24 hours notice that my son was being disenrolled because he could not move up to the three-year-old program because he wasn't fully potty trained yet. They then proceeded to tell me that he was a danger to the one and two year-old for aggressive behavior. My child Is not an aggressive Person and the only time I was talk to you about behavior was Once and they're using, this as the basis of his diss enrollment along with not being fully potty trained.During the time he was there, I got over 15 messages of children, biting my son leaving him with bruises Or have even broke the skin. The teachers in the three-year-olds classroom cannot be bothered to change diapers why he was still in the one and two year old group. With observing this daycare for over a year, the children are consistently running around while teachers are just sitting and yelling at children to do what they're told. And for the money that you're paying to have your child there just to see children running around with no real discipline while teachers are sitting Discussing amongst themselves and just yelling at children to go to a certain table and play with toys or do something else. This observation is only for the ones twos threes and four year olds I haven't seen the infant area. The owner is a joke and not professional at all and for someone who says she is a military veteran. My husband is 100% p&t retired navy veteran and I am also a navy veteran. Shes all about the money and not about the children or family's.
