Let’s start by saying the staff doesn’t really care for you starting from the counselors, registrar, principal. Maybe they are bothered that you come and ask for “help” when is technically their job. Hours of waiting just for any simple task when other counties are more efficient. 0 stars for professionalism and customer service. They didn’t even had anyone help a family outside that didn’t speak English. Over 90 degrees outside and still no waiting area inside for them to help you. Waited over 3 hours just to get the schedule for a student. Better service from the staff. We all agree we all pay taxes here education and their jobs are funded by regular citizens like us.
If I could give 0 stars I would, It took 30 minutes to dismiss a student, they were just sending someone else to get the student and at the end nobody brought him out
