Bright Future Child Enrichment Center

My boys have attended Bright Future for 2.5 years now and we have had a great experience there. After the first initial round of drop offs where there were understandable tears, my children were both excited to go to daycare each day, which was a huge relief. I was able to work with the teachers to come up with a transition plan to help ease the kids into the new routine of daycare, and they were willing to try lots of different techniques to help my children become acclimated to the room. Every teacher greets my boys with big waves and smiles. The teachers are very communicative throughout the day and have always collaborated with me if my children were experiencing some challenging behavior. This collaboration was so important to me. The rooms are all brightly lit and decorated in a very inviting way, but not over stimulating. The rooms also feel and smell clean. They have centers created throughout the rooms that are clearly designated for different toys/activities and everything feels very organized. They do so many creative crafts with the kiddos, especially around holidays. I absolutely love breakfast w/ mom and dad for Mother's and Father's day. They do a lot of fun activities over the summer, as well, like play outside in their play area and have Kona Ice truck visits. Ultimately, my children were safe and well loved at this daycare. Stephanie, the director, seems to take great care of her staff, too, because there isn't much staff turnover. Stephanie was always willing to talk to me if I had any concerns about my children's behavior or if my children were struggling to acclimate to a new room or teacher (as they age they go to different rooms, etc.). Conversations with Stephanie always felt collaborative and respectful. This s a wonderful, safe place to send your child.

My daughter has attended this daycare for 4 years, and I’ve seen so many positive changes. The staff truly cares and works hard to create a safe, loving environment. While I’ve seen concerns about communication and behavior updates, I believe preschoolers need guidance, and open communication is good. I’ve always felt heard and supported when I brought up concerns. No place is perfect, but this center has earned my trust and helped my daughter grow. I will always recommend this center.

My son is 5 years old and has been going to Bright Future since he was almost 2 years old. Bright future has always been the BEST which is why I haven’t taken him anywhere else. I feel safe dropping my child off here. My son has made great friendships and relationships with every teacher he has had here. I am so beyond thankful for every one of their staff, the directors and owner of Bright Future. Bright Future does all they can to be involved in my child’s every day care. I enjoy daily updates on how my son is in class and I love getting pictures on their app! I love this place! My son and I are excited for the upcoming dance class they will be having at their center in April!!!! I always recommend Bright Future to anyone in need of child care. I have serious concerns about Bright Future Child Enrichment Center. Over the seven months my son was enrolled, his experience was troubling. Initially, he adjusted well, but soon developed significant drop-off anxiety and began coming home with unexplained injuries. While some incidents were documented, others were not. His behavior at home also became more aggressive, a stark change. Despite my consistent communication with his teacher, Sydney, and our joint efforts, the director, Stephanie Lainhart-Rindsberg, abruptly informed me via an unprofessional message that my son was "not a good fit" due to alleged aggression. This was particularly upsetting as we had been told his behavior was improving. The toddler room itself seemed to have ongoing issues with children biting and hitting each other for months. It felt like a chaotic environment. Ironically, after my son started to bite back, he was asked to leave. The director dismissed typical toddler behavior during our exchange, yet previously minimized a bite mark on my son as normal. I also witnessed her interacting with another child in a way that caused me concern. Following this, my son was unenrolled with only one hour's notice. Upon my husband's arrival to pick him up, police were inexplicably present, and our son's belongings were left on the floor. Adding to this, we discovered my son was soiled with dried feces, suggesting he was left in a dirty diaper for an extended period. Despite this, we were charged a $150 supply fee for the upcoming year. While many of the teachers seemed caring at first, there are clearly significant issues with the center's policies and how situations are handled, particularly by the director. Based on our experience and the issues within the toddler room, I strongly urge parents to carefully consider other childcare options. The director's communication and the center's overall handling of our situation were unprofessional and disruptive.

Absolutely love this daycare!! My son is thriving in the toddler room! Teachers keep me posted and I love all the extra curricular activities they have to make the daycare more than just another daycare. It’s always scary putting your babies in other hands but my son has been there for 4 months and he Is happy and ready to go to school every day! These teachers rock! :)
