I have my three littles in this daycare and I have nothing but great things to say about it. My 2 year old is talking so much more since he has been attending. My twin 10 month olds are worn out when they get home from playing all day. The staff are the sweetest and the owner is very good at communication.
Very disappointed with this day care considering that most tonkawa tribal employees use this same daycare as they have handled a situation involving my nephews very unprofessional after my nephews were mistreated at the hands of one of their own employees. There was multiple witnesses at this incident. Is there a policy or protocol we can make sure they followed or certain guidelines? Can they just kick babies out because they want to?
My nephew was mistreated by one of their own employees, the situation has escalated into them even kicking out my nephew from the daycare.! How can people go about a situation then go and kick out my nephew? After he was mistreated! Very unprofessional daycare!
I have had a good experience. There has been stuff said that I know of. But DHS came looked at the cameras found nothing wrong. But the girl who they say did it still got fired for protocol.
I’ve seen countless events unfold when it comes to this establishment, not good events either. Very unprofessional and biased to how things get handled. Be wary of such business.
