My two boys no longer go here since they're older now, but when they attended (several years) they were always well cared for and enjoyed themselves. Mr. Corey, Ms. Kris and Ms. Patti (I believe this was her name) were great. Mr. Corey even showed up to some of my kids' sporting events to cheer them on and take pictures. My kids were always so excited to see them outside of daycare. Pickup/drop off between their preschools' buses and the daycare always went smoothly with no issues. The prices were reasonable and as expected for a daycare center. If payment concerns arose, Tandra was able to assist as quickly as possible. Other parents complaining about being charged when their children did not attend isn't fair. It's listed in the daycare's handbook and many daycares do the same thing (Tutor Time in DeWitt, etc). Parents sign an acknowledgement to this upon registration. The daycare already has made their schedules and accounted for staffing needs. This is a business. If you want a place that can accommodate frequent/abrupt schedule changes, maybe look into having a family member or babysitter care for your children. My child has been attending this daycare for the past 2 years and it has been wonderful! The teachers are friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to work with my child be the very best she can be in pre-school. Plus the communication is wonderful. If there is ever an illness, etc., they reach out to parents in three ways- phone, in person and on the app! As a communications expert, this is just great. I highly recommend this daycare. Please don’t let the “trolls” reviews sway your decision.
I've been bringing both my kids here since they were babies. We have been with this facility for over 4 years now. As a new parent, naturally, I was worried about who I was leaving my children with 5 day's a week but the staff here has become a second family to my children. Always attentive to my concerns as a parent and attentive to my children's needs as growing individuals. As my Children have grown so have their programs. I feel that I have made a good choice over the years with Bright Beginnings to help fuel a great start for my children both academically and fundamentally. They have great hours and the prices are reasonable.
This place is amazing! All four of my kids have gone here and I've been a happy client for the last 6+ years. I've sat through a few of the lessons the GSRP classroom has done. I can't believe what they are teaching and what the kids are capable of learning. My youngest is in the infant room and I know she is in a great and safe place. I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a stimulating place where children really learn!
I have had the pleasure of taking our boys here for the last 5 years. Our boys are always happy to go and have built wonderful relationships with many of the staff. The GSRP program is fabulous. The curriculum is geared to have them ready to start kindergarten at or above grade level. As a teacher myself, this is very important to us. The content that both our boys have received while in the infant and toddler rooms has been stellar as well. Staff notify us what the focus/theme of the month is and all the different concepts and strategies our little one will be learning. There were concerns about our youngest son's motor movement/ meeting milestones with rolling over/crawling. They facilitated the whole process for Early-On to provide PT services at the center and/or at home. He has now graduated from EO services and is cruising right along! Our boys have always been treated with kindness, respect and dignity. Not once have I ever been concerned about their safety. The center has been great with communication - phone calls, app, daily report notes. When I have had questions they always respond within a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend Bright Beginnings of Morrice to anyone with kids.
