Bright Beginnings Early Learning Center

I have no time to write reviews unless my experience is GREAT and asked to do so or so horrible I feel the need to alert others. I had to find a new daycare for my 6 year old daughter because we moved. Luckily there are so many daycares in the area that I had options. My first choice (Kids Place directly across the street from Bright Beginnings) has a wait list. I was referred to them by a friend and loved that the owners had master’s degrees in early childhood education and just seemed very warm, cool, welcoming. I went to Bright Beginnings because it was close proximity to our house and because I needed to enroll her as soon as possible. I want to add that I am a single mother and receive ZERO help from any government funded program so my budget is beyond tight. My daughter has been in daycare since she was 4 months old and I have never had any miscommunication or problems until coming here. In the 2 months my daughter was enrolled I paid $260 per week plus $100 registration fee for her to be in their care all day for July and August. Everyday I would pick up my daughter and ask her what she ate everyday the answer was rice. I asked her is that all and she said yes. My first language is English. The entire staff speaks Spanish. While I do understand and speak Spanish it is NOT my first language. Notifications about the daycare closing for days before the new school year starting were sent via WhatsApp in Spanish. I showed up the day after Labor Day to drop off my daughter and Karem (one of the comments/ reviewers of her own employer) stated she messaged last night that the next 3 days they were only allowing drop offs from 2:30pm. My daughter unknowingly ran inside and saw the staff member’s children there and asked why she couldn’t go in. I had to take her with me to work for a day and call out 3 more days because of this. She also proceeded to demand payment for the week when my daughter did not attend that week. I immediately took that time to find another daycare. I am happy where I am at now and the staff are truly caring and empathetic. I paid $2100.00 for these people to take care of their own kids. I gladly took our hard earned money elsewhere. If u r looking for quality care look around there r so many daycares in west New York.

My daughter went here from about 5 months to 4 years and we've loved the experience. She was happy while she was there and sad to leave. When she was a baby, I would frequently be the last parent to pick up my child and when I arrived, she would be at the front desk with the workers, there was just a nice feeling of care and attentiveness. After quarantine, when she went to prek3, her former daycare teachers from the first floor would visit her to say hi.

Comenzando que como mamá estoy muy contenta de tener a mi niña en esta escuelita. Agradecida con el cariño que me le brinda todo el equipo de trabajo de allí, por las enseñanzas que cada día le dan sus maestras y por la comida tan rica que le hace la tía que les cocina. Me quedo feliz todos los días sabiendo que dejo a mi niña en buen lugar donde ella me manifiesta a diario que le gusta mucha su escuela y se siente feliz . No se como explicarle a mi niña que pasará a un siguiente nivel y que ya no estará más allí pero me quedo con la gran satisfacción de que todo fue genial por lo que creo que tampoco olvidara a sus maestras Miss Yarelis y Miss Milagros. ♥️ Con todo el cariño los padres de Olivia .

Ami me gusta mucho la escuela y ami hija le encanta ir las maestras son muy amables con todos y les endeñan muy bien 👍👍👍
