I have friends who took their children here. They recommended this place so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, I’ll never get to experience what they did. I Called about enrollment and whoever I spoke with was very short and not welcoming. She almost seemed bothered by the phone call and definitely didn’t go above and beyond to get my child signed up for class. I asked for a tour and she couldn’t care less to accommodate or negotiate a reasonable time that would fit both of our schedules.

We've had three kids here over a span of 12 years. Suzi and the staff go above and beyond to help us out and communicate very well.

Bright Beginnings has been such a blessing! I was a stay at home mom and my kids had never gone into a ‘class’ other than in church. They had a couple of whiny days in the beginning, but the wonderful ladies made sure to give them lots of love and truly form a personal bond with them. My babies ask when they get to go back to ‘school’ as soon as they get in the car when I pick them up and they LOVE going everyday! (They even want to go on Saturday and Sunday!) They absolutely love their teachers and their Suzi! These women all adore their kiddos and love making a positive impact on young and growing minds. I’m always notified with any information very promptly whether it be a need for something for one of my kiddos or that something happened while they’re at school. I always pick my babies up happy, clean and dry. I NEVER wanted to put my babies in daycare, but Bright Beginnings has changed my mind! My kiddos have learned so much and come home so excited to tell me the new things they are learning! I couldn’t imagine dropping my kids off with anyone else, these ladies have become an extension of our family! Thank you, Suzi and all of the staff for loving my babies the way you do!!

I love this daycare. My daughter started when she was about 5 months old because they didn't have an opening yet. She started at Punkin Patch, nastiest place ever. Since my daughter has been here I'm first to know if anything is wrong in class, if she's sickly, or needs diapers. My daughter lights up every morning when she gets dropped off and loves on everyone when we leave for the day. I used to work for Suzi and she's had my older kids in her daycare before too. All these reviews that say anything but good things, I don't understand.

Worst daycare. Had a terrible experience and changed my children to a different daycare after realizing how things are ran. So many illnesses getting passed around, my 2 year old kept getting bit and no incident reports were written. They didn't even tell us just sent him home with CHUNKS taken out of his back and arm that took weeks to heal. The staff does nothing but gossip and cause drama. Wouldn't recommend at all. My youngest wasn't getting fed. They claimed he didn't want to eat which was a lie. When I switched daycares they kept track of how often he ate and said if they didn't they would realize he doesn't cry when he's hungry. They always sent my kids home and found some reason causing my kids dad to be in trouble at work. If you want healthy children and to keep your job, don't send your kids here.
