What Parents Say
Bright Beginnings Christian Day Care receives mixed reviews with significant concerns. While some parents praise the teachers and structure, multiple parents report serious issues including unprofessional staff behavior, inadequate supervision, poor management, and unfair waitlist practices.
One of my childs teachers was very kind and the other one was always telling the kids to be quiet. The director was never around after 12 and never made her presence know. My child had not attended for 3 weeks and instead of calling to check on her, the director called to ask when we were going to make a payment, not even checking to see how my child was doing. I stronger do NOT recommend this daycare. Its not what it says it is by any means.
Awful staff and poorly managed , the room aid or “teacher” swears at the children, talks about her teen pregnancy, her tattoos and even says “I want to smack you” to the kids!! They do not enforce homework or structure after school and let other children scream, throw things & act out of control. The room aids basically sit there and pay no attention to the kids behavior. I have discussed with the director, who told me this wasn’t the first complaint she’s had about this employee, almost addressed the swearing as if it were a minor misstep. The employee is still there and nothing has changed.
I just gotta say that my kids have been on their waiting list for over 3yrs now. And I know for a fact that kids in the same age group have been called up first and gotten into this daycare center before us. We are still waiting. I have called numerous times to check the status of my children. This place is unfair and not organized if they can't even call people in the order in which they signed up.
Awesome teachers! Very structured. My daughter loves it!
They are not friendly and they don't keep a close eye on the children
