If I could give bright beginnings 2 a 0 I would. If your child is what is considered a "normal" meaning rule follower 90% of the time, doesn't challenge others way of thinking and does exqctly what they are told then this daycare is for you. If your child is more of a questioner, likes to find things out for themself (the ones most places label as a bad kid) this is not for you. I had 1 of both of these children here so I had both experiences. My child was 3 and got kicked out and they will give you a whole bunch of reason why. One teacher told me she was ADHD and ODD (her pediatrician said NO to both of these) had us do child find (which they said in there time with her noticed nothing and was ahead for her age) and everything else they asked of us and still couldn't "handle" her. As a mom you feel defeted well I'm here to say it got better at another center. When i went to pick my child up who was kicked out, her 5 year old sister (who did nothing wrong) things were also packed up and i had to ask the Acting director at the time (who was also my 3 year olds teacher that labeled her and randomly got a new job working with daycares for childrens behavior 🤣🤣 when my child got kicked out) why and was told she was no longer able to come, swore to me it was in the handbook. My 5 year old cried so much and blamed her sister for weeks. When the owner returned from vacation my 5 year old was let back in. It was an emotional roller coaster for her and for us. She was mad at her sister because she didnt get to enjoy the summer program, mad at me bc she didnt get to say goodbye to her friends and just emotional about it because she is 5 and doesnt understand. Im here to say dont give up on your kids because a center that is suppose to have the TOP credentials tells you something is wrong with your child. My child has been labeled as a gifted/very smart child. Let me end this by saying it's not all the teachers or aides (but the turnover rate here is CRAZYYY) and I did have some teachers telling me what was going on and my child was not as "bad" as they were claiming. This has also happened to other families but I didn't know until after my child was kicked out. Most families pull their child before they are kicked out (I didn't have the means to pull my child from daycare and like I said I had people inside the daycare letting me know what was really happening). I could go on for hours but I'll end this now. Moral of the story don't send your kid here because if they are not "normal" it won't work

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I called back in May knowing that my son was going to need day care so I could go back to work in November. I called and talked to a lady on the phone and she had told me i would be put on the waiting list and they would have a spot in November for me. She took my information and that was it. I called yesterday to verify my spot and make sure i could bring him in soon and they told me they filled his spot and there were no more positions until January. I'm so upset. I have no one to watch my baby and can't return to work until I find a day care (which is impossible to find a infant spot). I'm even more upset that no one even called to let me know. It's wrong what they did and all I am told is "I'll look into it.". . I don't even get an excuse or an apology about what happened. Very dissapointed and honestly furious about the whole situation. If I don't find a daycare I will lose my job but, they don't care.

My daughter is thriving at Bright Beginning! Love the communication we get from teachers and they do a ton of fun activities with the kids. Keep up the great work!

My children have had a great experience for many years. The staff is second to none. Very safe and caring environment.
