We are very impressed with this Daycare. Teachers are great and app they use is amazing to keep in constant contact. The safety of our child is there upmost concern. Keep things clean and always super accommodating. If anyone is searching for a great daycare for their child/ children. I highly recommend them!
I took my child to Bright beginnings Daycare. I paid my daycare bill every month, the assistant Sydney would confirm that my bill was paid up to date every month (I never received receipts)...Once I took my child out of daycare, the owner calls me and informs me that my Bill's have NOT been paid in full. The owner tells me that every single month that that my child was enrolled that their is at least 1-2 payments missing in every month that my child was there. That makes absolutely no sense.. if there were ever payments missing in a month, why wouldnt you apply the payments from the next month to the month that was past due instead... at this time in my life, I was a single mom going to college full time. I heard so many good things about Bright Beginnings that even tho it was a hassle to take my child all the way out of rapid i still took her. Now since she was there, I realize that honesty is not their best quality, it has been a financial nightmare to clean up this mess, and you cannot TRUST THEM. Make sure you get RECEIPTS from them. DO NOT trust their word.
