I have two toddlers who go here and my 3 yr old is very high energy. They’ve been very patient & have great communication between staff and parents. This facility is more like a village that actually care about children and want to see them thrive!
I was shocked to see such a low rating on this place, then I checked it and the oldest 1 star rating is 5 years ago. What ever changes they made have stuck. My oldest loves it's for the 2 days after school he goes. My youngest doesn't like school or day care pre schooler so 1st year leaving the house, either way it is a clean safe place and I'm glad we have them in our community especially after the events that have happened in richmond, with a step ahead. Thank you staff members. I really enjoy the brightwheel app I can message about how my kids are doing and get updates on how and they are bathroom breaks, snacks, etc.
This wonderful facility has truly captured our hearts with its awe-inspiring passion for care and dedication to excellence. Children here are loved and cared for at the highest of levels. The staff are so caring and attentive, and the Director, Ms.Hali, is a SAINT and deserves the world. This place makes every child feel like they are part of the family, and I’ll never forget our time there. I wish I had more kids, just so I could take them back to Bright Beginnings.
Can’t say enough good things about the director specifically and her professionalism and responsiveness. Each staff member I’ve interacted with seems to enjoy their job and care about the kids. Updates to flooring in the last year has made a difference in overall appearance of the facility and I know they’ll continue to focus on building improvements like that.
My two and four year old have been going to bright beginnings for awhile now. My littles are always happy and I'm at peace dropping them off and knowing they're in good hands. Absolutely recommend this place.
