Bright Beginnings Academy

My child attended Cadence Academy from age one to five years old, and we had a great experience. She loved this school and all of the teachers she had. All of the staff were kind, professional, and supportive, and provided us with consistent communication and feedback. It was always clean and provided a great curriculum, preparing her for kindergarten. I would highly recommend this school.

My wife and I were nervous to place our kid into another person's care, however cadence has provided us with reassurance. The staff and teachers are always friendly and welcoming. We receive updates regarding diaper changing, feedings, naps, along with pictures. Our child is in the infant room and they provide fun and engaging activities that aid development such as sensory mats and story time. We are so relieved to be able to trust Cadence to take care of our kid!

I would say this is the cleanest and most organized structured daycare/preschool my son has ever been too. All of the staff for the most part are all sweet and very professional. However if you have a kid that is experiencing lots of behaviors or has ADHD this is not the center for your child. My son was enrolled here and I pulled him out to attend a 6 week therapeutic daycare to work on behavior management as he has ADHD and was having some issues with his behavior. I was reassured that they would hold his spot and that he would be able to return once completion of the program. Since then he has been in the program a little longer then expected and has been started on medication to help. He is now ready to transition back to school and when I called Rosie the director to discuss his return it did not seem like they wanted him back basically judging him based off of the person he was over 3 months ago. I was told she was concerned on how he would behave in a larger group and that she doesn't have the staff for that. It did not seem as though she was willing to give him a fresh start and even see the progress he has made... So here I am one week before his discharge back to school looking for a new school that will welcome him with open arms WITHOUT JUDGEMENT SMH!

Great vibes just exude from this school! My little one started her educational journey at Cadence in August and we couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. Her teachers treat her “big feelings” with such kindness and grace. She loves going to school each day and I have been impressed with the depth of the lessons provided— from practice and prep for real life skills and lots of literacy and social skill building. We love the daily pictures and check-ins which give me such a sense of reassurance as a working parent. My daughter’s Cadence classroom is filled with opportunities to make music, get her wiggles out, be creative, and they have a beautiful outdoor space. I am happy to report that my daughter has enjoyed outside time nearly every day she has been there, which is a top priority for our family. We are so thankful to have found Ms. Katie’s wonderful learning space and have had a really positive experience this far!

Our daughter started Bright Beginnings Sewell in their 2 year old room with Miss Justine and is now with Miss Vicki in the 3 year old room. We couldn’t be happier with our experience from day one. The staff is all very friendly and professional. Everyone seems to know each child and make them feel comfortable. We see a significant growth in our daughter with the curriculum she is being taught and the interactions she is having with teachers and students alike. The school is clean, well kept, and provides a fun yet educational environment. We are so happy we chose Bright Beginnings for such an important part of our daughter’s development!
