Bright Beginning Learning Center

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. If you have your child here, or are thinking about having your child here, THINK AGAIN! They do not know how to handle children at all! They kicked my daughter out today after two days of “correcting her” behavior. They don’t implement time out, they instead will talk to your child and tell them not to do it again. My daughter has gone to 4 different daycares, not because she was kicked out, but because we moved or changed jobs and she’s never had any other issues. Would not send my dog here! HORRIBLE DAYCARE, horrible staff, and thank god someone is buying them out.

All three of my girls attended Bright Beginnings. I knew without a doubt when I dropped them off that they were in good hands. Not only did they learn all the pre-academics so they were ready for KG, more importantly my children learned how to treat others, follow directions, how to get along with peers, about compassion, and about the little things we take for granted. I am very grateful for all the teachers who were there for my children through the years- giving hugs, patiently teaching, drying tears, all the amazing hands on crafts and fun activities, and just the love they showed my girls. They really care about the children who attend. It feels more like a family than a Learning Center and for that I am forever thankful.

NEGATIVE 100 STARS WORST PLACE AND PEOPLE EVER AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL IF YOUR KIDS GO HERE I WOULD PULL THEM OUT. Waiting on the owner to call me back which they have not done yet but they made me pay a deposit and then they gave my child spot away days before he was supposed to start even though I paid a deposit up to a day for him to start they went ahead and gave it away because I didn't answer a phone call mind you we just had two major holidays and I've been in and out of the hospital being sick but they said they didn't know if he still wanted to go even though I paid the deposit which that's what the deposit was for is to say yes I want my child to go and I'm holding his spot till the 8th well they just decided to give it away anyway even though it's only the 5th today and on top of it they're not even trying to reimburse my money that they just stole from me or the fact that they just screwed my life up financially due to I need the daycare so I can work not to mention I payday deposit for his spot to be held until the 8th and I'm clearly posting this on the 5th so that's pretty messed up and the owner whoever you are I hope you read this and I hope you call me back cuz we got some stuff to talk about. Owner didn't call me back she had a daycare worker call me back and funny enough now they're giving me my money back what is that go to show you cuz it's supposed to be non-refundable that shows you that gave my child's spot away wrongfully and they're not willing to fix the situation so that's great can't wait till 5:00. I'll be up there to get my money back!

I would give this daycare 0 stars but it made me give at least one. this place is absolutely terrible. The owner is the worst and i dont even know where to start with the director. they are both super fake and will just say what they want to parents to make them happy. they dont actually care. only money matters to them. the assistant director melissa is amazing... love her and she was about it. she was honest and i fell like all around a good person. some of the good reviews down below are from workers also so of course i wouldn't listen to them. that just shows you how good this place is when you have to have your own employees to get on and write reviews for you because no parents have anything good to write! I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS DAYCARE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!

Great daycare! And it's not just a daycare, your child experiences learning, as well! Barb, the owner is very honest, friendly, patient, and understanding and will work with parents, as well as her employees.
