The director was VERY unprofessional and discriminatory towards my precious 5 year old sister. They waited until she had one more month left of school to ban beads in her head. From my understanding there are ONLY a handful of children who wear beads, yet they waited until the last month to say something about her beads. Very unprofessional and prejudice. The director claims my mom should give a 2 week notice but they didn’t have my sister a 2 week notice for her hair. I wish I could leave ZERO STARS. This place is horrible. So not bring you child here.
The owner is HORRIBLE. Withdrew my son after him being there for 3 years. With no reason besides the fact she wanted to prove her power. I made a Facebook post going into detail but after reading other reviews it all makes sense. She sent me an EMAIL withdrawing him with NO warning or even explanation. Since then I have tried many many times and every way possible to get in touch with her and she has blocked me and will not respond to any emails. The whole situation is mind blowing! DO NOT put your kids here unless you have backup for when the owner is your childs sub and decides she doesn't like them. -Jordan Burch
Owner is unprofessional and just plain rude. Missy Nolen is all about drama and money. She doesn’t care about the children or the parents. She runs her mouth constantly and word gets around in a small town! She is a very NEGATIVE person. I do not recommend anyone to enroll their kids in the Bay Minette location!
I do not recommend this facility to any African Americans parents, Misty Noland is very unprofessional very condescending and there is no communication with the parent. I was blind sided on my son dismissed. Even though Mrs West apologize for the dismiss of my son still wasn’t enough. The owner Misty Noland showed that there was little to no class when it came to her. I do and will not recommend this facility to any African American people. She is a very biased and bigotry person. Misty Noland is a very racist person and she could care less about what’s best for your child. I never received a write up or a warning. A missed phone call, I called her back and that’s it my child is dismissed. The sad thing is she never communicated to me only about the time. Because they close at 5:30 Monday through Thursday. Misty Noland... NO... defiantly would not recommend her facility after care nor childcare to this place, located on Shelton beach. Just because when you google this place and there is a black girl in the background it doesn’t mean nothing. Misty is very condescending and unprofessional. (I did the same thing but her actions SPOKE VERY LOUD). This will be posted and tagged on Facebook. It wouldn’t allow me to post everything from beginning to end because it was to long but it will be posted on Facebook and I will be tagging there name and details of our phone conversation. Very Unprofessional and Very Rude.
After almost 2 years I learned that the director/owner, Missy Nolen, is very condescending and will treat kids/parents any way she chooses. I felt relieved to have my son moved from her school. The school's Facebook reviews are turned off for a reason.
