Worst daycare my child went to. I would get messages on the class tag app stating my baby's cranky asking me to pick her up. Very unprofessional knowing that that's their job is to care for children yet don't know how to handle a 2 month old cause she's being "cranky". There were only 2 teachers that were so nice, I actually liked that cared for my child and knew how to deal with my baby. Most days were so unwelcoming when I would drop my baby off.(teachers i liked were not in her class yet). There was no communication until I would say something such as "hi" or "how are you". I only dealt with this daycare until the daycare that I really wanted had an opening which I'm glad I did. Now there's new owners here so I hope things change for the better and actually make families feel welcomed instead of a bother.

Daughter was kicked out of daycare with no notice today at 12:00pm. Both me and my wife both work. When asked what the reasoning was they said that it was a conflict of interest which was not explained as well as stating my wife broke hippa guidelines by taking a photo of the days that the daycare was closed and that were posted in the common area as well as what this months themes were. When asked how that was a privacy issue when we would need to know how to dress my daughter to participate in such themes as well as how to prepare for other care when the center is closed. We were told that it just was and not given anymore detail. Would not recommend to anyone as neither my wife nor I could get my daughter so my mother in law went and they never asked who she was or asked for her id. They handed her over with no questions asked. For parents looking for childcare I would seriously recommend looking elsewhere for the safety of your child

In reference in the review below. we are so sorry, as we did apologize when we spoke, about your daughter getting scratched. In ten years we have never had a negative review about any child getting injured in the center. Unfortunately, there are other babies in that room which did not allow us to meet all your expectations. Washing our hands before handling any child is a given and the staff does that every time. But the only way we could guarantee that she would never get a scratch is to keep her confined in a pack n play, which is not legally an option. we tried her in the boppy, which she was more than ready for and you were not happy with that. we put her in the swing and that was not acceptable because of exactly what happened. You did not want her to handle things others had touched without cleaning them first and putting her on the mat was not an option for her own safety. Sometimes as a new mother we dont understand that there are several children in a daycare environment and things are going to happen ( bumps . scratches, minor incidents) which may not be avoidable if the teachers are tending to a child on the changing table, which was the situation in this matter. As far as the video recording goes, the law protects parents and children from videos reaching out on the internet. Which happens way to much. That is why we have a release signed by all parents including you. The owner reviewed the video spoke with a representative and absolutely in no way the staff negligent. Negligent would have been walking away from the baby on the changing table. Your daughter was in a room of children under 1 years of age. Many of those children have begun trying to walk and will stumble as will your daughter. Possibly scratching a child on her way down also or getting mad an swatting at another child. The next room up is even harder than the one she is in. The walkers grab toys , push, scratch, pull hair and sometimes bite. She will also be one of those children. That is why it was suggested to you to seek private care. Again we apologize for the scratches.

My 4 month old baby came home with 6 scratches on her face on her 3rd day. Staff told me she was upset crying just while they went to make a bottle and they came back so they figured she scratched her face. They left out the part where they had her sitting in a bumbo chair (which is fine) but that another child tripped over her feet and basically fell on my daughter and scratched her face. They did not want to show me the surveillance tape. The director told me she watched it and that’s what happened. She told me I’ll never find a daycare where my daughter isn’t going to get hurt but seriously she isn’t even walking so she should not get hurt! She has nice girls watching over the kids but they get all bent out of shape when you give them specific instructions.

The center and the staff are awesome. No better place in Whitehall or the Lehigh Valley period!
