‼️ DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO BRECKNOCK ACADEMY OR LITTLE VILLAGE DAYCARE ‼️ My child started in September, middle of the month. Since him starting I’ve had issues with belongings not coming home, my child coming home in diapers that have not been changed in considerable amounts of time, food and drinks spilled in their backpack and lunch box, and have been faced with the answer of “no, I don’t wanna” when asked if they want to go to school. I’ve also been faced with some erratic behaviors since starting here with my autistic kiddo. They were not being cared for properly and the kicker was when grandmom picked my child up and there was DRIED, COLD FECES on their gentiles, legs, back, and clothing. It was dismissed by the owner, Ivy with apologies and saying the only thing she can do is that with her staff - which she ensured me of when this happened with a urine diaper in September on the 25th. A month and a week later we are back in the same situation but with a worse severity. My child went to their grandmother, diaper in hand upon her arrival and asked for a diaper change because their private parts hurt. They kept saying ow when being changed because of being neglected from lack of changing. Upon finding this out, I was informed of molestation accusations at ivy’s second location in wolmelsdorf with refusal to call the child line. I’ve spoken with former employees and they have confirmed my fears as well. In light of this incident, I have called the child line and documented 200+ screenshots and will be taking it to DHS, the district attorney, state police and other appropriate facilities for this to be handled properly. ‼️ DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO BRECKNOCK ACADEMY OR LITTLE VILLAGE DAYCARE ‼️

As the owner has had her lawyer send aggresive emails to us (when we attempted to get our property returned) I will be brief. I strongly advise if you are considering this daycare that you talk to current and former parents prior to placing your children here. Please note that there are not many reviews on google and many were prior to the current owner. Disclaimer - I did not have children here, nor would I ever put my children here. This one-star rating is based on what i personally saw and heard from employees and parents. Feel free to DM me and I can provide former parent contacts if the owner won't provide references.

I’m very happy with this daycare. As a first time mom it was very nerve wracking sending my 12 week old to daycare for the first time and the owner and teachers went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and sent me additional photos, notes and updates through the app his first week. Someone is always holding him when I come to pick him up and he’s always happy and content.

Used to be a great place until the change in ownership. Bunch of teachers left or were fired because the owner didn't like them. Rooms had been closed with no notice cause of being short staffed. The door locks didn't work for weeks and even had a sign posted saying it was unlocked. Invoices were constantly messed up. Owner said they were allowed to be out of ratio. Would have recommended with the prior owner but no longer. The new owner has also kicked kids out because she felt disrespected cause a parent rolled their eyes.

Great Center to take your children. I can leave without any worries. I know my child is in good hands and it's treated with love and respect. I love it here and so does my kids.
