They were not helpful at all. Called them three time no answer. Drove thirty minutes plus Miami traffic for them not even to try to help. Complete waste of time. Seen a recent review that was just like my experience. Came for tax help and couldn’t nobody help. Everyone was rude. How do you work front desk and not want to do your job. How is this unorganized place running. Find a better library do not waste your time.

They have availed themselves to share invaluable resources and have challenged me to take steps forward. They actively listen to your vision and partner with you to see it through! Very customer friendly and helpful. L really love guys are trulythe best. Professional friendly, great services I think it's been at least four years that they have come to my rescue. I really mean like life vest/ jacket. Truly good hearted people. Kind, courteous and professional. all in one. I pray that they would never stop howeer I know that sometimes a good think must end. However I hope not because they are really there to help the people. Love them!
