I love Brainiacs! They are very good with the children and I have 3 that go there all different ages and they hate when it's closed. The owner, Monique is there whenever you have a question or issue and the ladies that take care of them are excellent. They have schedule they follow and I love it. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Caution: Caution: Do not take your toddlers ages one and two years old to attend Brainiac’s Clubhouse Daycare. The daycare teacher named Ms. Sands (Sandy) is deceiving the parents as she emotionally abused the toddlers. When the toddlers doesn’t obey her expectations throughout the day, she would emotionally abused the toddler until the parent arrives. She would use her hands feeding the toddlers treats that’s not on the toddler’s meal menu. A toddler called her ugly in front of the parent and Ms Sands (Sandy) mentally tormented that child the whole day. She told the toddler your mother let you get away with calling me ugly, and I’m going to show you how you’re not going to call me ugly ever again. She would yell at that toddler all day demanding the toddler not to stand up or play at playtime. Ms. Sands (Sandy) would constantly remind the toddler what was said about her in front of their parent. When she would scream at the other toddlers, the toddler that was being abused would shake and shiver at the sound of her voice. Ms Sands (Sandy) used her own techniques for punishing the toddler. She doesn’t know how to give constructive criticism. Ms Sands (Sandy) has been working with Brainiac Clubhouse Daycare for over 13 years and feels entitled to run the toddler’s daycare area with her own techniques and expectations. She also trains new employees and if they don’t get with her techniques ways of treating the toddlers, she lies about new employees to Ms Snyder (owner) Ms Snyder has security cameras and instead of her watching the security cameras she accepts the lie Ms Sands tells her. Parents pay close attention to your children crying coming into the daycare and always ask questions when picking them up.

I highly recommend you go else where!! The hurt children and don’t tell you anything about it, they are terrible with babies as well, giving babies old milk claiming to be following other guidelines that cannot be presented to parent. Snyder doesn’t know anything about anything, staff tried to fight me when addressing my child’s dehydrated appearance, her defense was that she had been accredited. Just because they are in business doesn’t mean they’re good at what they do. Anyone can pass a test. Just don’t do this one. Please. Any good reviews are from parents that work there, which is 90% of their load.

Hello everyone. My name is Brienna Johnson and my son name is Cayden Johnson. I would like to start off by saying my son has been attending this school since May or June of this year (2016). He loved it at first. He was smiling everyday in class and his learning ability grew. My son was not speaking very well when he first attend and then he was able to tell if students weren't doing what they were told or teachers. Students, parents, and TEACHERS are taught to redirect children if misbehaving. I was told volunteering helps your child feel more comfortable and it helps for the parents to get involved, SO I DID VOLUNTEER! So some days I'll come to pick my son up early andays stay to check out my son's daily route. On December 2, 2016 , my son was picked up and slammed in a chair and pinched by a teacher named Mrs. Brenda. I normally pick my son up after 5 but this day I picked up my son eariler because of a family incident. I didn't get right out the car because I was on the phone. So I get out of the car to ring the door bell and I saw my son who was just standing up and looking at something. I didn't ring the door bell because I wanted to get my son's attention. And then I saw Mrs. Brenda tell my son to sit down [as I'm not in the center yet] she didn't even give him time to sit down before she picked him up and slammed him in the chair and pinched him. By this time me and Mrs. Brenda made eye contact and she seen that I saw her do that. She had a puzzled look upon her face as she is coming to the door to open it. With this being said I called the owner Monique Synder. Monique informed me that she will handle the situation. She also stated that Mrs. BRENDA will not be in the classroom again and that she talked to Mrs. Brenda and said she was very apologetic. Brenda was sorry she got caught not because she hurt my son. Mrs. Monique scheduledo a meeting for Monday morning. As we talked we had some relief that the teacher that hurt my son would no longer be in that school but come to find out she is on leave and hashe to take class to get her "training" together. Horrible any teacher that puts there hands on a student should be FIRED! But Mrs. Brenda isn't. I will take every precaution to make sure not anot her child at Brainiac's isnt hurt. Please check the state of Michigan rules before you send your child anywhere. As I'm currently reading, I am finding various of rules that have been broken and as a parent I wouldn't know but today I find out EVERYTHING. Monique stated she understood my frustration but if it was her child than different measures would've been taking... Please don't send your child here and participate in your child's day to day route.

My daughter attends this school. She is learning and growing great in this school. They pick her up and drop her off. Ms Gabby (my daughter teacher) is so loving and caring and most of all patient. I feel like my daughter is safe and she loves it
