We love this place! Leslie is always so kind has excellent communication. She’s always letting us know how our Son is progressing in her daycare. My son attended the daycare for several years. Everyone was always nice. They did very little to advance him or teach him but he was watched and treated well. But at the beginning of 2024 I kept calling to reserve a spot for him for summer and I left multiple voicemails. They were not returned. After several months and with 1 month left in the school year I left another message in desperation to find a “spot” at the daycare my son had been attending for years. Their response was “we can add him to the waitlist but that will most likely be worthless” and all I can wonder is why they never returned my calls in the previous months and the multiple messages I left? And now I have nobody to watch my son this summer. As a single parent with no family help I could lose everything over this and the way they acted like I had requested care late when I had called and left messages over several months with no response after years of care there is crazy to me.
