Boys & Girls Club Of Northern West.

Hi it's isaac a 7th grade student that goes to boys and girls club here's are some reasons I love going to Boys & Girls Club: 1. The teachers are awesome they always have minded hearted and a lot of patience. 2. The Options, after you have e lunch for us we got to the gym where we get to play sports whatever we want. 3. The food quality 👌 perfect they never made a mistake 😋 it's always delicious. These are my opinions and ratings for boys and girls club 1. 4.5 2. 5 3. 4.5

If I could give this place zero stars, I would!! This is not a place to take your child for swimming lessons it's a place to take your child to play, fool around, and goof off in the pool. Staff is totally unprofessional and rude and put minimal effort in advancing the childs swimming capabilities. STAY AWAY! A gentleman by the name of Bob, seemingly one of the more tenured instructors, treated me, my wife and my child with a level of disrespect I have never come across before. Super unhelpful, unattentive, and extremely condescending. That being said, the quality of swim instruction is bar none the worst I've ever seen! Total lack of quality in the craftsmanship of what it is they do, allegedly teach swimming. Do yourself a favor and Go Elsewhere!

I left three messages over four weeks inquiring about the swim program for a 6 year old. Not one call returned by the Aquatics Director. Each message I repeated my name and number twice. I could see one time it being overlooked or forgotten, but not three. Moved on and very happy with the place we chose....which returned my call within an hour.

This place is so dum the teachers named Karrisa Uhi and Lauren Ellis are mean and my sisters and my neighbor went there they give us write ups when we be bad for no reason the boys there are mean and the girls are sassy but sometimes it can be the other way around but do not send your children here. By the way they never mop their floors they just sweep it and their broom is filthy and when they sweep it smears the floor still leaving trash it is muddy there mud gets all over your old or new shoes. Teachers let you run around with no permission and lots of kids and teachers get hurt and fall down on the ground and cry getting ice. The teachers curse there that place gets muddy if you were to go there you will have to wear old shoes but you probably won't go there because I am telling you ladies and gentlemen this place is stupid. The folks their are bad and when my sister Jazmin made a project and a new girl came and started messing with it then Jazmin took it away and then the new girl started crying and then Lauren Ellis the bad director stuck a penny that had a cop badge signal in the card-board part of her project it was a wind-mill now it had a whole in it they got her in trouble for no reason and then when they were giving out free cookies me and Kayla were asking for a cookie Mrs.Karrisa said NO!!!!!! your getting a write up!!!! and that was for no reason. then on the last day I went there a boy and a girl were being rude to Kayla. and then I have three neighbors that go there Trinity, Gavyn and Jayden someone punched Jayden and he got a write up then my neighbors dad yelled at the teachers THE END THANKS FOR READING BYE-BYE💔💔💔💔💔💔💔 iam Myra O'Aku and I approve this message thanks

Great swim lessons for kids and masters swimming program for adults. It's not a fancy facility but the coaches in the aquatics program really care about teaching and are very effective.
