My children have attended this daycare off and on for about six years . They constantly change Directors. They have poor communication. They jeaorpordize others careers with no regard. They call in the middle of the day and have closures for no real reason. They are stated to be open but many times NO ONE SHOWS UP TO WORK. I went back for the location convienience but truly they suck. Communication is very poor at this specific location and the workers (most not all) are unprofessional. I would not recommend. I have found new childcare services that are PROFESSIONAL and RELIABLE.

If I could give a zero I would. My child was going here for about a month now the first week they started losing her clothes the second week there just wasscratches and bruises everything kept coming up missing. Staff in front Crystal unprofessional they act like they care to manipulate you into thinking they’re actually doing their job. I walked in on the night time manager yelling at a group of 10-12 year olds rudely , when I asked the staff is she suppose to yelling at them they acted as if they didn’t comprehend 🤦🏽‍♀️ they even don’t care for the new horns here , as I was talking about my problem to staff and managers there was a mom saying her infant had bruises on head and back from falling out the beds in the facility. The manager ( Day) told Me not to write a bad review but she still owes me money, and she gave me her phone number like she’s going to pay me my money but that was to avoid me . THIS WAS 2023

THE TEACHER HIT MY SON. PHYSICAL DISCIPLINE IS NOT TO BE USED TO CONTROL CHILDREN WHEN THE FACILITY IS SHORT STAFFED!! KENESHA THE MANAGER TOLD ME THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED THIS DAY,WHICH IS EVERY REASON I BELIEVE MY SON AND THE CAMERA IN THE ROOM DOESNT COVER THE WHOLE ROOM ALL OF A SUDDEN!! This place presents its self as the best child care around.It was clean from what I seen and the children are sectioned off into their own classroom and can be seen from a clear window,which I liked.Especially with COVID hanging around.My child was placed in the yellow room,ages 3-5yrs old.I met with the teacher Charmaine,she appeared to be calm as if she could handle her classroom. BUT WAS I WRONG.MY SON STATED THAT THE TEACHER HIT HIM AND MADE HIM BUMP HIS HEAD ON THE WALL.NO VISIBLE INJURY WAS PRESENT WHEN I EXAMINED HIM,BUT HE STATED VERY CLEARLY THAT CHARMAINE HIT HIM.THIS HAPPENED ON HIS 2 SECOND DAY THERE.I REMOVED HIM FROM THERE.WHEN I ASKED TO SEE THE VIDEO FOOTAGE,THE MANAGERS KENESHA AND KIM STATED THAT THE CAMERA DOESNT COVER THE WHOLE CLASSROOM.BUT IN ORIENTATION WHEN I DID MY WALK THROUGH,KENESHA TOLD ME THAT THE ROOM WAS BEING RECORDED AT ALL TIMES.SO SHE LIED!! AND THEN WANTED TO HAVE A MEETING TO TRY TO SWEEP IT UNDER THE RUG!!..THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.I AM TRYING TO REPORT THEM TO THE STATE BUT I CAN NEVER GET THROUGH.THE TEACHER NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND CHARGED WITH CHILD ABUSE,THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR SURVEILLANCE FOR THE CLASSROOMS AND HIRE BETTER STAFF.I AM SO HURT.THESE DAY CARES ARE NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR TO BE!!!.. .SINCERELY, A HURT MOTHER

I heard about this place and their tremendous approach to kids wellbeing and it is just outstanding. My cousins son goes there and he’s always willing and ready to go there every morning, that means something to me for a child.

My child Sterling has been here since he was 6 weeks. Being a new and first time mom and being afraid to entrust my small child to anyone but myself I must say that I will NEVER BE HAPPIER WITH ANY OTHER PLACE BESIDES THIS ONE!!!!! I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT B2B IN LYNNWOOD. MY SON IS BASICALLY 3 NOW AND WHEN I SAY HEs SMART AS AN OLD MAN DUE TO THIS SCHOOLS WAY OF TEACHING. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS PLACE. I HAVE NOW VENTURED TO HOMESCHOOLING DUE TO PERSONAL REASONS BUT I TELL YOU IF EVER I NEED A CHILDCARE FACILITY A SCHOOL ECT THIS WILL ALWAYS BE MY ONLY CHOICE.
