My car rental reservation was canceled on me last minute at BQN airport, Puerto Rico. & Annie was able to get in a car last minute at a very reasonable price. She’s so helpful and patience and took the anxiety away from me in an instant. Ellos son los mejores!
Originally quoted me price price of 542.50 and later upped it 200 when I arrived. Felix was nice and did a good job of picking me up at the airport. The return was a little sketchy on New Years Eve, as there was no one in the office when I arrived. Texted him and he came and picked me up. All good. Interior lights did not work on the car. I tried to clean all the sand but couldn't see and was charged a 30 dollar sand fee for minimal sand in the car. Lame. They probably vaccumed it out in 10 seconds/This is a common practice with these rentals. Beware.
Really helped me out when another company left me stranded. They picked me up and got me out the door in a car quickly. Super friendly, fair prices. Will definitely use next time I need a rental!
