My daughter has been attending this child care facility for nearly three years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care, support, and education she’s received. The growth I’ve seen in her has been incredible—from her expanded vocabulary to her polite manners and calm behavior in public settings. Thanks to the dedicated staff, she was fully potty trained with ease, and they even taught her how to write her name! Their patient, structured, and nurturing environment has truly laid the foundation for her early learning and social development. I’ve never had a single issue in all the time she’s been there. This has been my favorite daycare and summer camp this far. The educators and administrators do a wonderful job keeping the facility clean and organized. Safety is their top priority and I have always felt comfortable leaving my child here. They are super friendly and open to conversation or concerns. I love Bright Young Minds!
After Claiming to be the best school in NC!!! It definitely proves so. My kids were taking care of. learn so much!! And miss Rivera was very understanding and flexible on the high price when I couldn’t pay during my hard times the environment was very neat clean and comforting I felt comfortable leaving my kids here been here 6years now and never planing on leaving. I LOVE IT!!🤩
All 3 of my children have attended Bright Young Minds at some point and the all have loved it. The teachers are amazing! Ms. Murchison is an exceptional Pre-K teacher. Mr. and Mrs. Rivera are doing a wonderful job running the school. My children are not only being taught but they are being loved! I appreciate that dearly!
I have had my kids in daycare's since they were born and have never found a daycare that cares less about their kids and families and only care about money. My child attended due to the location to my daughters school. They do not serve meat of any kind which was not an issue for us. When we signed up we were told our daughter would go outside everyday for an hour, they would get her homework done and then they would also have free play. My daughter has attended since May and barely goes outside, got put in the corner in timeout if she ever raised her voice, and they never did any of the homework the entire time she was there. They never communicated with me at all and I only found out about being in timeout from my child. They also will only communicate via message and will not even pick up the phone to inform you their was a positive COVID case. Our children deserve better than this. When my daughter found out she wasn't going back she cried and said thank you mommy. That just broke my heart. If I could rate this zero stars I would.
