VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, HANDS DOWN 0 stars would have been easier. Came to inquire about the daycare because no one has answered the phone in the 3 days I’ve called multiple times. Three people left us standing outside while trying to get information. Standing in the cold with my kid we are about to walk to the car to stay warm and Barbara comes out with her wig side ways , hands dirty and ashy and begin yelling and being smart that she can’t be in her office 24:7 for me & I never asked that simply came to see if the daycare had openings and would be a good fit so I wouldn’t trust my children there ever ! Never have I seen such unprofessional Ian and here I was excited that it was black owned ! PITIFUL!

If I could give this center 0 starts I would most definitely do that . Not only is Barbara very unprofessional but I would not trust my kids with this Lady. So a little back story this place has brightwheel app but nothing was every updated for my Daughter on there from when she ate , napped , had a potty etc worst of all the center does not answer their phone when you call !!! As a parent you can see how concerning this is. I have approached Barbara about this multiple times all I got was excuse after another from the daycare teacher not following proper procedures to updating that to she’s at the grocery store or her god mom being on life support like what does that have to do with my child . Worse of all my daughter got sick a lot from attending her daycare . I would say she was only there once a week before she would get sick Nd she also did not attend the center for 2 weeks because she was sick . I finally pulled my Daughter out of this daycare, and placed her in a new one it’s been a few weeks at her new Daycare my Daughter as not gotten sick from her new Daycare. So a few weeks after us leaving her Daycare I was still getting billed the tuition fee on brightwheel . I have contacted brightwheel who said I will have to contact the center . I sent her multiple messages to decativtae my account since it keeps billing me.Barbara has ignored all of my Text Messages . I finally got fed up Nd sent her a lengthy text with my frustration Nd she responding back so unprofessionally . She told me I kept bringing my Daughter sick to daycare which was not true , and went as far as calling me Dirty Nd a unfit parent. If anyone is planning on enrolling their kid in this daycare beware !!!!!!

The owners of this facility place personal business over professionalism. Any and all concerns go ignored , are pushed aside or explained away with attitude & unprofessionalism. If you'd like your child to go to a facility where the owners care more about the money your child makes them than your actual child, then send them here. If you'd like to be able to not have to worry every minute your child is under a facilities care, then I would definitely choose ANYWHERE else.
