Way early than pick up appointment. Yes English is tot perfect, but they try hard and super nice. I admire had working people!
PU appointment was on 01-23-2026 at 3:00 PM. -10°F reefer load. Driver checked in at 1:10 PM. They assigned a door 10 minutes later. Loading was completed at 2:20 PM. Everything was very fast thank you to the team.
I arrived a day early, but it was near their closing time. My actual appointment was for the next day at 3 PM. One of the guys told me to check in the next morning, and if they had space, they’d load me early. I got a call around 7 AM, and I was done in 15 minutes. Great people—really appreciated the help!
Showed up an hour early for my appointment and left out of there two hours later with paperwork in hand. Very nice and polite people, they will get you in early if they can. Make sure trailer is clean and pre-cooled. The emphasis is on clean. I swept mine out the day before and it was fine.
