What Parents Say
The reviews appear to be for Beulah Presbyterian Church rather than the preschool program itself. Comments praise the church as a welcoming, family-friendly community with supportive staff and various outreach programs including a preschool. The church hosts additional community services such as food assistance for homeless individuals.
My destination wasn't the actual church but a mobile harm reduction facility that utilizes Beulah Presbyterian Churchs parking lot on tuesdays. The Louisville Health Department accommodates the part of the community that may have a hard time commuting to their downtown location for their safety needs.
Very nice welcoming people they have a Tuesday night meal for the homeless and occasionally have helpful supplies for homeless if you ask around . They love for you to sit and eat with the group and when you ask for helpful supplies remember that usually a individual church member has bought said supplies with their own money because they care and want to help the world say thanks and be appreciative
The correct physical address is 6704 Bardstown Road Louisville, KY 40291. The correct P.O. Box is 91072 Louisville, KY 40291. We are definitely open on Sundays!! Worship is at 9:40 a.m. June, July, and August. Then worship will be at 10:40 a.m. September through May.
Worship at Beulah Pres is traditional but not stuffy. It is a church large enough for great programs for music, mission (see their Tuesday night Open Table ministry!), a preschool, and great youth/children programs, and small enough to meet people and know them. In the pews you'll see all generations from small children to older adults and every generation between. What a great church this is! Also, Fern Creek/Highview United Ministries is on the church's property. FHUM assists local people when they have a need.
Family friendly church, nice people to talk too
