We cannot say enough positive things about the JCC Teen Department and the impact it has had on our son. Programs like Seed856 leadership and the financial literacy program go far beyond typical middle school age activities — they build real-world skills, confidence, and a strong sense of responsibility. Carl, the Director of Teen Engagement is truly exceptional. His ability to connect with tweens and teens, empower them, and help them see their own potential is remarkable. Because of his leadership and mentorship, our son has grown in confidence, taken pride in leadership roles, and feels genuinely excited to be involved. The JCC Teen Department provides a safe, inspiring environment where teens are encouraged to grow into thoughtful, capable young adults. We are incredibly thankful for this program and highly recommend it to other families.
The pool is dirty, and the employees at the pool area are extremely rude. Locker rooms are dirty. For nearly $200 per month, we could afford LA Fitness five times over — or nearly a Lifetime Fitness membership — and not have to deal with these inadequacies at the JCC. Such a shame. like all the other incompetent businesses, most of these positive reviews are fake. I only read the detailed negative reviews to get realistic review of the business. and they are accurate!
Great facility for whole family! Gym, sauna, pool, kids activities, imainarium are all so great!!! Highly reccomend ! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well!!! They make you feel comfortable and part of the family!!!
My daughter had a wonderful experience visiting the Anne Frank Museum in NYC. It was a great opportunity for her and her friends to go together for learning and fun! Carl as the JCC Teen Engagement Director is doing an amazing job creating such fabulous programming for teens!
There are multiple groups classes available and various exercise equipment. My favorite class is Tai Chi, which is helpfu for l balance, breathing and general health.
