Bethesda Sharing Center

My family was with Bethesda Sharing Center for 8 years and they cared for both of our children. Can say we never had any negative experiences with the care of our kids. Staff was always great, kiND and caring and the hours they open worked great for our family.

Our daughter was at Bethesda Sharing Center for 5 years.. So many fun and educational activities for the kids. The staff was a good help with potty training! All of the staff was so caring.

Enrolled my daughter here on the infant side. I brought her in one day around noon and one of the staff asked me to not take her out of her car seat where she was napping. I told her it's unsafe to leave babies in their safety seats to nap and she said because I hadn't called that morning to let them know she was coming they didn't have any cribs available (!) I pay a flat rate to maintain a spot at the daycare whether she is there or not on any given day! the next issue that same day was, (as reported to me by the grandma) staff telling my daughter's grandma that I wasn't feeding her because she arrived at the daycare "so hungry", and the third issue of staff not checking with me on what cream or diapers to put on my daughter(after I made it clear she was to be in only what I sent to daycare) which ended up causing a significant diaper rash. So I called the next day to discuss my concerns, and was met with nothing but excuses! "I don't think that happened" (about the carseat), "well did you have diapers in her bag because I know if they run out they will use ours" (I said, no none of mine were used at all) "I don't know then, that's strange" I told her if there was a concern about my daughter being neglected, and they were genuinely concerned, they had a duty to report to cps, NOT my family members. I refuse to go back and do NOT recommend!!!!

My kids attended day care and preschool here and it was an amazing experience. They learned so much, academically and socially. The teachers worked with my children's needs and truly loved them.
