Thoroughly disappointed in the lack of communication from the director Rachel. I was looking forward to my son attending this daycare, however, I am glad I learned my lesson now before sending him there. I went in and handed my application and money for deposit directly to Rachel. I was told that I would receive a follow up email regarding if my son would be accepted or put on the waitlist. My check was deposited one week after handing it in. I waited a month and a half and never received any form of receipt or communication on if my son was on a waitlist or not. I then called Rachel and left a voicemail. I waited a week and I never got a response back. I then emailed as a follow up to my phone call. I finally received an email back saying we were on the waitlist and that my money was non-refundable. I feel that due to the unprofessionalism of depositing someone’s check without a receipt warrants a refund or maybe an apology. I was told to remove my son from the waitlist, I must write a letter. I wrote a letter removing my son from the waitlist. I never heard back, so once again there was no follow up communication saying my letter that was sent via email was received and if my son was actually removed from their waitlist. I am so glad I discovered the lack of communication and unprofessionalism now before my son attended this daycare. If you are looking into this daycare center, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.

I would give this child care center a no star if I could. Don’t ever send you child there. Their communication is nonexistent. I would call, no answer. I would call again, using the emergency line, no answer. When someone would answer it was never anyone from management so I left my name and number. Never got a call back. I had to stop in at the school just to get anyone to talk to me. So I pulled my son out of the center. Told them on the phone and in a message as well and here we are 2 months later and I’m still being charged. I would never send my son there ever again.
