Attended worship service as visitor with my daughter. Ministers of hospitality were warm and welcoming. Music and musicians were engaging and entertaining. Pastors were wonderful. I was spiritually fed and challenged. I can understand why my daughter worships here. Thanks for a worthwhile prayer experience.
If you're looking for a place filled with giving, loving people that treat you like family, then Bethel is a great place to start. We came to Bethel almost 10 years ago from a large, non-denominational church and found Bethel to be welcoming and open to allowing us to serve as God lead us. Pastor John the senior pastor, leads as a servant and like their leader, the Bethel family is extremely generous and servant hearted! The music, lead by Pastor Dan is also a big part of what I love about Bethel. A nice mix of up to date, contemporary music with a flavor of traditional hymns, a choice of a fully traditional music service and a traditional choir that does sing some 'jazzy' numbers too! Pastor Mike is an amazing addition to the staff as the children's and youth pastor and is loved by all the kids and their families too! How many youth pastor's go out for an early weekday breakfast before school starts with the youth to help build relationships, or attends their athletic events? So I guess the main word I would use to describe Bethel is... FAMILY! Could Bethel be your FAMILY too?
Do not partner with these people in any way. In my experience all current Bethel staff, spouses, Council members & Mutual Ministries enjoy lying or supporting those who do. Common sense is absent from so many people as if there's a spell on the congregation. Absolutely zero accountability with the senior "pastor." Widespread toxic love bombing, gossip and refusal to address the obvious issues causing massive decline in attendees. Their behavior toward my husband & all of the families who recently left the church is inexcusable. 🤢
Bethel has been our church home for 38 years. Our two kids were both baptized and confirmed here. We love our Bethel church family, as it has provided us with a faith-based sanctuary that fulfills all our spiritual needs. Strong and proactive outreach activities for all ages is just one of Bethel’s many strengths, and a warm and genuinely friendly environment is what keeps us here.
Absolutely fantastic, Pastor is so nice. They also have a Prek and Kindergarten through 12 grade Hybrid school at the church, both that is light years ahead of any public school. Aero Christian Academy k-12! We have 3 scholars attending. Teachers are so sweet and kind. Small classes, every one gets one on one attention. Beyond excellence in teaching the basics (Math reading and writing) they have Spanish, indepth history lessons, and a positive guide to faith in Christ. Take a lesson from a father of 8, that had the other 5 in public or charter. Small classes, faith, history. All lost in public schools and having my kiddos at this school has made insane positive changes in our home.
