Best Friends Day Care

When my son started at 4 years old and my daughter at just 6 weeks, I was nervous—it was my first time putting my kids in daycare. But from that very first phone call, I felt welcomed. The kindness, professionalism, and love from the staff made all the difference. Both of my kids have grown so much here. My son was barely speaking when he started, and now his speech has developed beautifully. My daughter is only a year and a half and already speaking in sentences! That speaks volumes about the care, attention, and education they receive daily. The daycare is always clean, organized, and the communication between the staff and parents is top-tier. I always feel informed, supported, and confident in where my children are. Ms. Diamond, thank you for running such a wonderful space. You’re truly a gem, and we are so grateful for all the love and hard work you pour into these kids every single day. 💎✨

I have to say this place truly is wonderful. The staff are so kind and very smart when it comes to the needs of your child. They’re very hands on and always keep me inform of anything that is going on there. The director is always on top of things and keeps me informed of everything whether it has to do with my child or the facility, they let me know. It’s nice to see such loving staff and a clean facility to decrease any stress about leaving your kids with anyone that’s not you.

Strawberry Square location only: I am finally leaving a review after being here for 2+ years. This is the only daycare I have used so far for my LO. My daughter is excited to arrive each day and runs to her room with excitement. I've noticed her learning things that I did not teach her, even though it's just daycare. From her first class until now, it seems like the teachers actually love her! The director does communicate fairly often, but there is some lacking in organization with communication. There is an app now, but it's not updated consistently (it may just be it's hard for the caretakers at their regular ratio). Probably a better organized app would do the trick. I have had concerns with my daughter and staff at times, and they worked with me to address the issues immediately in person and then through the app during COVID. All in all for us I love the loving environment with little to no turnover. And above all they have humility and treat my daughter like a real person and not just a number. Keep up the great work!

We really like Best Friends! They bus my 5 year old to public pm kindergarten, but he actually learns a lot of stuff when he is there in the morning. Their kindergarten program is accredited by the state. Plus the feed him lunch. My one year old goes there too. His teachers are seriously so caring and the classroom is spotless clean. I feel good dropping both my boys off there each day. My boys go to the one on Bridge St in New Cumberland.

My kids love it here. If we drive by on weekends they're upset that they are closed. Says how much they love the environment. I highly recommend this place
