Horrible experience. I booked a class on Classpass, took the time off and drove all the way here but was told they don’t accept Classpass anymore??? WTH, the front desk lady said she doesn’t know why people still show up with Classpass bookings. I’m truly disappointed. It’s your problem and your responsibility to make sure you get yourself off the list on Classpass instead wasting people’s time by scamming them all they way to your place. Now I have to waste more time contacting Classpass to explain your annoying issue to them to avoid being charged a late cancellation fee. This place must have terrible management, never again!

Poorly taken care of seemingly no air conditioning it the basketball gym, making it unbearably hot. Aside from a broken fan, there is nothing to cool the place off. Go to Weber people…

I signed up for a membership upon the referral of a friend of mine. I have been looking for a cheap, safe space to workout. It's not fancy, but the pool area is clean and nice and warm. The bathrooms and showers looked clean to me. I didn't get a chance to view the woman's workout area as my card didn't work yet. I think overall this place will handle my needs, but the reason for my 3 star rating is due to the nasty front desk lady I encountered today while trying to get my cards. She seems like she absolutely hates her job, and because she's so miserable, she takes it out on everyone around her. She had the most awful attitude with me for absolutely no reason at all. I didn't do anything to this lady but she is just a nasty human being. Idk your name, "Ms. I've worked here longer than anybody so I know everything." But you need to quit your job. You are clearly miserable there. You hate your job and your life so much that you take it out on everyone around you. Do us all a favor and quit and go find something you actually enjoy doing.

I've been swimming here for many years and have been using the workout room (men zone) for about a year. It is a very good beginner gym and can also be used by somebody who is more advanced. It is also the only place with separate (gender) swimming and workout rooms in the area that I know about. I have some inside information that the building will probably be redone over the next two years now that they have finished the outdoor playground. Hopefully this will include adding a running track and a proper deadlift area. The receptionists and employees are also excellent.

They have mastered the art of apologizing. Various facilities constantly closed for various reasons. Broken equipment, understaffed, no lifeguards. If you love the thrill of never knowing if something is open as scheduled when you show up then this is the place for you.
