Bering Drive Christian School

My daughter flourished at this amazing school. I only wish they offered more grades because I didn't want her to leave! My son was not doing well at his previous school and after he came to this school it was an instant turn around. From the very first day I could see a difference, he couldn't wait to get to school and for the first time he was taking an interest in doing his school work. I would personally like thank this school and the teachers for being so loving and genuine. You have made such a difference for my children.

Starting out right, My kids attended this private school several years ago and know looking back it was a great choice. The school teachers and its director are all very committed to helping advance your child. Mine were reading ahead of other children at other schools and learning was made fun. I would recommend this school to anyone considering enrolling in Pre-K classes.

We absolutely love this school. It is a warm and cosy school with the most loving teachers. My son has been attending BDCS for the last 3 years and he has enjoyed every single day. The teachers have always been so supportive from toilet training to social & academic development. BDCS is Houston's little hidden gem. The teachers are absolutely amazing and the school is so clean and hygenic and we are so happy our son completed his pre schooling at BDCS.

This is our 4th year at Bering Drive Christian School and we love it! I have had two children enrolled there and plan on enrolling our 3rd child when he is old enough. The staff has always been very kind and helpful. After comparing prices among 5-6 other preschools in the area, my husband and I found that BDCS's prices were lower/comparable to a lot of the other places that we researched/toured. I love BDCS because they have a great curriculum, but they also allow the children to have appropriate amounts of play time. If you are simply looking for a daycare or a mothers day out then this is NOT the school for you. My oldest son graduated from the 4 year old class knowing how to read (as did most of his classmates) and entered Kindergarten knowledgable of content that a child would usually learn while in Kindergarten. With that being said, the teachers teach the children to read on an individual basis meaning that all children are able to read at their own pace. Another great thing about BDCS is that the children are able to attend enrichment classes almost every day (music, PE, Chapel).

We really love this school! They are great with the kids and there’s always plenty of staff per child. They always have wonderful activities planned and my child is getting a well rounded education. We are very happy to have finally cleared the waitlist to go full time.
