I WAS going to be enrolling my child here but after dealing with the lady with brownish red hair and heavy accent absolutely not. She was rude to me and my mother who was helping me enroll my daughter. We showed up for wha was supposed to be orientation and a tour. My daughter was slightly upset due to just waking up. The lady with the accent was rudely questioning me about if I had everything scheduled or just showed and then proceeded to look at my daughter in a very nasty way while she was fussing a little in her dads arms. Finally she gets the person who was supposed to be doing our orientation. I believe her name was sarah. Sarah then tells me that my daughter was actually not going to be able to start for another month due to training when the director had told my mother who spoke to them for me that they had an opening for my daughter to start as soon as we got everything filled out and submitted to them. They lied to me saying they never said that to my mom she could start soon and had told her that she couldn’t start for another month. My mother was told personally by the director that they had an opening for her. These people are rude and liars. The lady with brownish hair and accent should not be working with parents let alone children with her nasty attitude. I can’t imagine ever trusting these people with my child or anyone elses kids. Do not give this place your business they will lie to you and treat you like crap.
BES is the best daycare my son has been to. The communicate is great! They have animal the classrooms and my son loves it! The teachers are GREAT with kids! Gives me peace of mind knowing my son is having fun, being treated good, and leaning new things everyday! My son used to cry before going to his last daycare but he looks forward to it now at BES . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We absolutely love our Belton Education Station (BES) family! Over the past 14 years, four of my children have attended this wonderful facility, and we still have one currently enrolled in their after-school program. The teachers are truly caring and dedicated, and the educational curriculum is outstanding. The directors are incredibly patient and always take the time to answer any questions I have. My child in the after-school program loves it so much that he even wants to go on his days off—and my older kids still enjoy visiting their former teachers. BES has been an incredibly positive part of our lives, and I can’t recommend it enough!
I am very disappointed in how the administrative team treated me. For years I’ve heard good things and finally an opening just to get a BIG dose of reality. The director was cold not welcoming, she saw me waiting outside looking in at an employee that was just staring at me. She didn’t grab anyone she didn’t tell me wait,nothing…so I gotta wait ok. The DIRECTOR comes back around I smile tell her what I’m doing outside she looks me up and down and says what? come inside. Ooook she doesn’t help me she ask what I want then tells me to sit. Ok…another person comes around ask me about my appointment and tells me wait. Okay AGAIN, then another parent comes in gets GOLD STAR treatment all she says is meeting at 4, and they are just so excited. My appointment is with an Alana mind you. Some other lady comes says she can walk me around. Asked for the person Alana I was told she is busy but we both know she is about to go give that GOLD TREATMENT to who they want.I felt uncomfortable there, they were not apologetic. If you treat a parent like this why would I leave my child in your care. Horrible customer service period there are no excuses HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
We have had a great experience so far with our little guy at BES! He has been expanding his vocabulary rapidly, sleeping soundly due to playful activities, and really enjoying the outdoor play time. He is identifying colors and numbers more with practice at home. I really believe he is doing great with the curriculum. We are happy with how is is progressing and always is in a good mood at pick up! :)
