This daycare needs too be shut downnn!!! Very dark, the teacher that had my baby attitude was horrible mean old black lady. His office is very junky stuff everywhere. Wouldn’t me bring my baby her own food even after the state told him i could cuz i heard the phone call. Horrible place never bring your kids here. Everytime i picked my baby up she will cry and when i drop her off and she only went for 2 days because she would cry all day long . And she is a sweet baby and love older women but i just felt like they wasnt doin right by her

I am giving them a rating of one because my daughter loved the infant room. Her two teachers in the morning class were amazing. My baby loved it. However, Mr. Bell is unprofessional, unorganized, and all about money “money hungry.” My daughter has only attended Bells daycare since February and he harasses me weekly about unpaid balances. The online system and app are not legit. He does not update payments. He continues to add extra fees. For the first month we paid out of pocket. The next months a voucher was issued. It covered all expenses. Mr. Bell still went out his way to embarrass and harass me about unpaid expenses. Nothing in the app was updated. NOTHING! He would put my name publicly on the sign in sheet knowing I didn’t have a balance and we discussed the issue weekly. He still took it upon himself to take further action even with a paid account. At that point I thought it was a retaliation, because I made a complaint to his employer and him about leaving my daughter in the infant room alone and for being understaffed. The ratio to student guidelines were not met. The two older teachers in the infant room were amazing. Mr. Bell was the only problem. The afternoon crew for leaving an infant unattended.

Had the pleasure of both of my girls being instructed at Bell's Educare. My 6 year old is now performing well above expectations in kindergarten and my 5 year old is also proficient with letter recognition, sounds & sight words. Additionally, the individual attention and love shown to my daughters eliminated the morning request to stay home as they were always excited to go learn and make memories. Mr. Anthony Bell (Director) is committed to creating and constantly improving an environment that fosters learning, empowering students with skills that create confidence & continuing a legacy that has supported the community of Madison County for 30+ years!!!

DO NOT PLACE YOUR CHILD IN THIS HELL HOLE .! Bells educate is the biggest RIP OFF EVER! We have had several money problems with this daycare before ... it started off with 40 and 60 dollar balances .. it was brought to the directors attention that we pay 100 dollars weekly so that situation was resolved... next we were told we owe 240 dollars..(we make 100 dollar payments weekly so we knew that was a lie) ...we thought the situation was resolved .. then a week later the same balance “popped” back up . When inquiring about the balance we were then given another receipt “edited” for 90$ balance ...point blank period we do not owe this daycare ANYTHING .! THEY ADD FALSE BALANCES ONTO PEOPLE’S ACCOUNTS .! Keep up with your money order receipts and request same day receipts when you pay in cash and monitor the checks you write out .! CAUSE THEY WILL STEAL AND RIP YOU OFF .!

Rip off she has her son running everything over daycare , was told this morning that we had a balance of 240.00 dollars wen jus last week Ms. Bells herself printed us a receipt showing a balance of 0.00, her son is ripping a lot of ppl off, pulling my daughter out this week ASAP, then her son is making false print out off receipts, got a receipt last month showing a money order for 45$ wen we pay 100$ every Monday morning and also teachers have a bad habit loosing your baby clothes, blankets, and bottles, during thanksgiving they gave another girl my daughter blanket, nd sent my daughter home in another child’s bib, jus a week ago they sent another boys bottle full of milk home in her bag, dey let infants eat off unsanitary tables, they will let other kids sleep on your child’s blankets, stay away from this hell hole....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
