Bel Esprit Day School At Palm Valley

This day care is sketchy, not a place to bring your child if you want them to receive great care. The owner is questionable, she has a negative outlook on life. She told me she was happy her first husband passed because the world is a horrible place, that’s not the type of mentality a childcare worker should have. The few times I picked my brother up from this childcare center, and I do use the description loosely, his nose was disgusting. Does your staff not look at the kids faces? Do they not clean them when they are dirty? Secondly, what type of child care center requires the parents to bring lunch, that should be provided. Thirdly, when we are required to provide lunch why not feed it to them? It’s asinine to believe a 3 year old toddler can OPEN his own lunch and eat. Especially when it’s macaroni and cheese that needs to be warmed up! It’s even more asinine to tell a mother how old her son is. This place is giving care below the standards but I guess that’s to be assumed seeing as how she couldn’t even get federal funding. This place is an absolute joke. I wouldn’t leave a babydoll here to be cared for.

My daughter absolutely loves this place. The caregivers and Mrs. Elizabeth the director are some of the most caring individuals I have ever known. I would recommend this daycare to anyone. They always work with you and go above and beyond. My little one was having some issues and instead of sending her home they tried different techniques to help her succeed. She is in the kinder prep but already doing 1st grade work. They noticed that she needed to be challenged and work with her individually. I will Definitely miss this place.

This is a wonderful school as soon as you walk in and talk to the staff they’re kind, splendid, and wonderful. They do a wonderful job with surrounding the school with a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff takes wonderful care of the kids and my daughter has been going there for about 2 years now they always ask the parents to dress your kids appropriately they DO NOT make your kids dress in SUPER expensive clothes they are instead encouraged to express themselves in the things they like (example my daughter loves princess dresses they allow her to wear princess dresses with leggings of course and princess shoes and they always compliment her on how beautiful she is). They don’t force food down your kids throat if they don’t want to eat and if your kid doesn’t eat their food they try to find alternatives to try to get them to eat something. When you come to pick up your kid they communicate with you all that they ate and what they didn’t. The staff is very attentive to the kids and when the kid’s don’t listen to them, (typical kid fashion lol) they redirect them instead of getting mad at them, they found a way to get them to listen and I’ve seen this in action multiple times. I highly highly recommend this school, again my daughter has been going there for almost a 2 years now so i think I’m more than qualified to leave this review.

We ABSOLUTLEY LOVE Ms. Elizabeth and Bel-Esprit Day School. Our 5-year-old son has been attending since he was 3 and LOVES to go to school. He was behind in speech and social skills, but you would never know it now. Bel-Esprit has really helped our son thrive and is beyond prepared for kindergarten due to their effective educational program and the amazing staff at Bel-Esprit. He comes home happy, always singing songs he’s learned from the day. Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Ashley are so kind, patient and they always make sure every child receives fun-loving but firm care, a quality education, in a safe environment. It has been remarkable to watch our son become independent and accountable for his actions, which is tough to teach young ones. They have become like family to us, and we ALWAYS have complete peace of mind while he’s there. Communication is top-notch and they really put thought into their fun activities for the kiddos and families. We highly recommend and couldn’t be happier we chose to became a part of the Bel-Esprit family.

This place is horrible. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone. The owner is very rude and nosy. Every time I went to pick up my little brother she always wants to question why I’m here to pick him up as if he’s not my little brother. His nose and and hands are always dirty. His clothes be looking like they let him just play in dirt all day and just let him nap in it. He’s always hungry when I get him comes to find out it’s because they not feeding him his lunch. They expect my three-year-old brother to open his own lunch. If he doesn’t he’ll go all day without eating. When I ask did he eat they say yes but how when his lunch box still have everything from this morning and this has happened multiple of times. So glad my mom took him out. I honestly don’t know how they still in business. They need to be shut down immediately.
