Beautiful Oasis Child Care Center

Childcare was smooth for the first few months with nothing odd to note. The first thing that really upset us was that they posted pictures and videos of our children without our knowledge or consent on their social media. After we brought this up, they asked us to fill out a picture release form that stated if we didn’t agree to it, we would not receive any pictures, including daily updates. The second and last thing: One day our child (Age 3) came home talking about how they had watched Jurassic park at school today. We asked the employees about it and they responded saying no they don’t put stuff like that on for the kids. We accepted this answer assuming that our son had maybe played dinosaurs with his friends and was just confused. This happened 2 more times and the owner and staff continues to gaslight us into believing our kid was just confused. This was brought up to the owner who insisted that we not talk to the teacher because it wasn’t “fair” to them. Whatever that means. Fast forward 2 months later and my wife walks in to pick up our son and the entire class of 3-4 year old children is watching the original 1993 movie Jurassic Park in the middle of the scene where a dinosaur is eating someone. Furious, my wife left and we immediately pulled our children out of this daycare. Do not send your child here, they clearly do not either know enough about what the “teachers” are showing the kids. Or don’t care enough to monitor them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I love that you send me photos of how my son is doing! I love the decorations made by teacher Lauryah, the men's team, I love that connection with the children, I feel that they give a plus to the children having different options of who to play with or talk to, All the kids are always happy when I go to pick up my son and that makes me feel calm, Thank you for your patience and dedication to each of you who complement a beautiful oasis, I am very grateful to all of you.🫂💖

My daughter attended beautiful Oasis for about 4-5 months and we loved every second of it! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, & they make sure to keep the children occupied with fun educational activities as well as things such as gardening, sensory activities, and actual learning material. By far the best childcare facility we have ran into thus far. 10/10 recommend!

UPDATE : they cared more to defend their name then care about their employees misconduct over the phone. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! i would never leave my child in the care of this company EVEN ON MY WORST DAY. my complaint has nothing to do with the fact that the website allowed me to book a closed location which was annoying in itself BUT WHILE WAITING OUTSIDE said closed location a staff member pulled up with a group of ppl who weren’t in company shirts. THE LADY STAFF MEMBER WAS WEARING A GREEN SHIRT WITH A RAINBOW COMPANY SHIRT my PROBLEM WAS as they exited the car they all REAKED of weed. when they pulled up she said how can i help you but i was already on the phone. I ADDRESSED MY CONCERN to two women working here telling them about the ppl who just showed up after freshly hot boxing, and they tried assuring me they’re not around kids and they’re only there to clean the building. AND WHERE ARE THEY GOING AFTER??? BACK TO WATCH CHILDREN UNDER THE INFLUENCE. completely unacceptable please have corporate call me as they didn’t care about my concern. even after expressing how unprofessional that was, they still tried scheduling me to come in. HELLO READ THE ROOM.

My baby has been going here for a few weeks now and the staff is fantastic! Everyone, front desk staff included, are incredibly friendly and really take the time to get to know your child and all their little habits. They are incredibly patient and understanding as well! The Procare app is amazing too, I love receiving updates about how my child's day is going and love how I can communicate with staff at the click of a button if I need to.
