The daycare workers were whooping my 1 year old son and I never knew until my older children had to go there as drop ins because their school was closed for voting. I picked them up and they were nervous, scared and upset. When my oldest (8 at the time) told me what happened I immediately got all my kids things and confronted the staff. They begged me not to say anything. The owner never apologized, instead the owner tried to blackmail me and tell me that she knew most of the daycare owners in the area and that she could make it to where I never get care. I reported them to the state and the state worker assigned to the case told me that I’m not the first parent to report this type of incident. The owner eventually called me (a week or so later) and said she had cameras (she was basically trying to scare me off and make me out to be a liar) but I told her good check the footage!!! She said she would call me back after she checked the footage but she never called back and she never apologized. They traumatized my kids. I never went back. I don’t know how they are still in business. Stay away!!
I have placed my four-year-old child in this daycare. It is a good and excellent daycare. A new staff has also arrived and their treatment is very nice with my child.
If you want your child to be treated well and not be yelled at or abused، then that's the right place, please keep the good work. God bless
