Beautiful Children Learning Day Care Center

My daughter was 6 weeks when she started at this daycare. They say don't judge a book by its cover which i never did. In the beginning the center had some great teachers that would watch and care for the children. I loved leaving my daughter but what i wanted was for my child to be looked out for like a mother does for her children. Then one day they let go of the direct for personal issues and little by little the other teachers either quit or were let go. I had to withdraw my daughter after 1 year and 5 months because i did not feel that love any more. Kids are precious children and need attention and love. The new director was always serious. No smile and communication was brief some of her staff seemed to care and the others maybe needed more training on watching children. I understand that they can pick favorite or keep there eyes on one but i could tell my daughter did not feel comfortable any more.

My kids had never been in daycare before. I have a 9 month old and a 3 year old who both go to this daycare. At first I had a hard time letting my kids go to a daycare in general. not to mention find one I could actually trust. First day was rough for my kids and I. Me more than them... as the week went on... they loved it. My 3 year old enjoys her classroom and teacher. Ms. Summer is wonderful with her. So patient and kind. My daughter was very shy at the beginning... and Summer was able to bring her out of her shell. She loves waking up and going to daycare every morning. My 9 month old has no problem being dropped off in the morning. He goes straigt into the arms of his teacher and knows he well taken care of. Their were some issues at the beginning where another child was hitting my child. I reported it to staff and issue was taken care. overall I am satisfied with the center. My kids will continue to go here until they start school

I put my 9 month old baby in this daycare like two months ago and he was only there for less than two weeks since i noticed its just young ladies taking care of him and most of the times they dont know what they are doing. One time my husband picked him up from daycare and they gave him to me all covered with the blanket. My husband thought that was stranged so when he pull off the blanket my baby had a big bruise in his forehead. When he asked the young lady she stated she was not in the room when it happend but that a another infant hit him in the head!!! How does another baby hit him that hard to have him bruised up!! Bunch if lies! I decided to get him out that same week. Then just recently I needed childcare but all daycares were full, this was the only place that always has availability (Now i know why). My child started childcare again with them this week and i paid $165 and i receive a message from director yesterday 4/5/2022 on Tuesday that i needed to pick up my son because supposedly he had a temperature of 99.99. I explained to director that was impossible my child was sick and she told me he needed to be out for the next 24 hours and then to top it off they are closed on Friday because of something of Fiesta. I told her I expected a refund aince they only took care of him for two days, she declined to refund me. When i picked up my son he did not have a temperature or was sick AT ALL!!! Definitely excuses they made to have my son picked up it could have been they were short on teachers!!! I told them my son is NEVER coming back to this daycare again!!

My reasons for giving the beautiful Children Learning Center daycare a 1 star rating is because my three-year-old daughter keeps being hit on by another little boy in her class. The teacher there seems to be doing absolutely nothing about this! Miss Garza the director is amazing she listens, she interacts, she does her job very well and is all around a great person from what I can understand from what I can see and tell. But the teacher who is in my daughter's classroom is very unprofessional. I believe that she is too young and way under qualified for this line of work. So if you decide to take your children here just be mindful of them and make sure that they are not dealing with any of the other children there in a negative way. Ultimately it is up to the parents to make sure the children are in line. I have advised my daughter, since the teacher seems to be doing nothing about this, that the next time this certain little boy decides to put his hands on my daughter that she has every right to smack him as hard as she can right in his face! The only way to make a bully stop bullying you is to stand up for yourself especially if the teachers in the class who are meant to protect and guide do not do it for you.

My 2 and half yr old daughter has been attending this center for about a month. Overall she is doing well and enjoys going. Depending on her mood some days are a little rougherthan others but everyone seems pretty patient with her which is great. So far my husband and I are pleased.
