We love Glasser Preschool! Our two children spent a combined 7 years here (3 and 4 years each), and it was the perfect environment for them. The low teacher turnover and fantastic play-based curriculum create such a stable, engaging space for kids. We also truly value the great communication and the amazing community of families we've met along the way—we especially loved the diversity of the children and families.
Our family has been at Glasser for seven years, with three children, in every classroom and with all of the wonderful teachers in the program. We have found the school to be an incredibly warm, welcoming and inclusive environment. Our children have thrived with the play-based curriculum and nurturing and fun faculty; and, we feel like they were well prepared for kindergarten at our local school. Glasser is also particularly amazing at working with parent schedules, offering different part-time schedules (including a five hour day that includes lunch, a summer camp, and a two year old program—no toilet training required!). But by far the best part of Glasser has been the community. Through our time at Glasser, we have made great friends with a wonderfully diverse group of families coming from different faiths, professional backgrounds and neighborhoods. We wholeheartedly recommend Glasser!
Our oldest child is wrapping up her time at Glasser and our youngest started this year in the 2 year old classroom. I can't say enough good things about this program. The teachers have been there for many years and it's evident how much they care for and support the children. The program is play based but the children are also being well prepared for kindergarten learning letters, numbers, shapes, etc. As a non Jewish family I wasn't sure what to expect originally, but I've found that this is an extremely welcoming community showcasing values that any parent would want their children to learn. I highly recommend this program to any family looking for a preschool with experienced teachers and a caring supportive environment.
