My daughter first daycare is this. She loved the place, and teachers were amazing. Beginning Miss Monica who is main administrator used to sends us her pictures which was so reliving as a parent. The only reason we left the daycare because we have moved far from the daycare and bought house. We never hear any complaints from them.
0 stars. I was told same day my kids couldn’t return till CARE4KIDS straightened out, so I had to quit my job same day. I was in contact with daycare, they were expecting my children back, fine. I get a new job. I reach out to say my children should be returning around a certain day and that everything was straightened out and BOOM IGNORED. Never heard from this “daycare” again. So now no daycare and I had to turn down a job. This place is two faced and unprofessional. Knowing my situation and they basically spit in your face. The head teacher isn’t even friendly, and get offended and rude when you express something you don’t want done with YOUR CHILD. Wouldn’t even look at me again, or say hi or bring my children to me. This place is a FRAUD. Soooo “friendly” at the front desk but then turn their back. And speaking with CARE4KIDS they had NO GROUNDS. What they did was disgusting. And left me for dead in a terrible position. Couldn’t even tell me themselves like ADULTS. But with a childish “head teacher” who acts like that, I guess you can’t expect too much. Save yourself the trouble and go to a more reputable place.Thank you for keeping in contact with me to completely screw my kids and I. Telling me to tell them you say hi. Knowing darn well what you were doing. I truly believe in Karma.
It was a difficult decision to pick a child care center & I couldn't be happier. Moneca "owner is amazing, and does a great job being sure that everything is perfect for my little baby.... So happy for having this place for my daughter.
Ms. Monica and Ms. Michele are so caring, professional and down to earth. My son Jack loves going and gets all he needs out of his hours spent at Bear Hugs!
We love them so much! They really care about the kids!
