From booking the appointment to walking out after my son’s first dental visit, Bay Pediatric Dentistry absolutely nailed it! Shonna helped me secure an appointment, verified our insurance ahead of time to avoid any surprises, and greeted us warmly when we arrived. Lisa at the front desk made check-in easy and ensured we had everything we needed. Even though we were three minutes late, Alisa brought us back right away and kept everything on schedule. She was wonderful with my 3‑year‑old—so gentle, patient, and reassuring. She made him completely comfortable and smoothly coordinated with Dr. Chhibber, who was able to see him even before Alisa wrapped up her part of the visit. The whole experience felt kind, supportive, and genuinely child‑centered. My son left smiling, and it was truly a 10/10 visit. Thank you, Bay Pediatric Dentistry!

Such a positive experience. The entire team/ office was beyond friendly. Alisa took such good care of my 5 year old. She had her laughing the entire time, and was so gentle with her. She explained every step to her, in a way a kid can understand. You can tell she loves her patients and her job. Could not recommend bay pediatrics more!

I’d leave 0 stars if I could. The dentist was extremely rough with my 1 year old and completely traumatized her when it comes to cleaning her teeth. She said “she’s going to hate this so let’s get it over with” and jammed her hands in without asking if my daughter would tolerate a gentle exam (she would have). Prior to visiting the dentist I was able to fully clean my daughter’s teeth twice a day with no issues and ever since going we have to fight her because she hates it now. Not to mention the dentist was incredibly rude and dismissive about our concerns (my daughter has an oddly shaped tooth that is really sharp, she keeps cutting her finger on it, and the dentist took one look and told me what I was feeling was “swollen gums.” Only after insisting she look again did she admit that the tooth is an odd shape. She immediately started talking about “well I won’t shave it down” when neither my husband or I brought that up or even asked about it, we just wanted a professional opinion on an incisor with a cusp). I’ll never bring my daughter back and I fully blame Dr. Kyrkos for ruining my daughters positive associations with oral hygiene. She was absolutely awful working with a toddler. EDIT: the rest of the staff was SO lovely from the receptionists to the hygienists. I just can’t support the business anymore.

They are so lovely here and my daughter just loves the entire team. Today she had her first filling (laser) with Melanie and Dr. Chibber. It went great and the experience was quick, painless, and my daughter felt reassured. Absolutely recommend the whole team here!

Dr. Kyrkos and dental hygienist Marlene were very kind and patient with myself and my son at his first visit. We appreciated their extra care and attention to suiting our needs and allowing my son to not have fear surrounding his visit.
