I was a student here in 2013, I took the law enforcement class with Ducolon I believe was the teachers name, I am FOREVER grateful for this center, that class and a nice little blonde lady who used to work there who did a workshop on how to write resumes, how to interview well, how to follow up and how to sell yourself very well. This place also brought me the experience of participating in SkillsUSA which was a huge pivotal part of my life. While I didn’t end up in the law enforcement field by any means, this class and center taught me SOOOO much valuable information which has shaped me into a successful professional I am today and has truly given me a leg up in life. I wish I could go back and really genuinely thank that blonde lady and the instructor. The opportunities are truly endless here. Thank you over and over again!

In perspective, for high school students, lunch at Blooming Chef's is great value. Lunch is $6/person, without tip. This includes salad bar with soup, the daily entree special or sandwich, unlimited beverage, and dessert. My pulled pork sandwich, without bread, was ok. My lunch dates turkey cranberry panini was huge, and tasty. The cream puff and chocolate eclair were really delicious, and giant sized. The start of a new semester (first day), and some of the basic information about the menu items (drinks list) and what flavor the soup was were missing, but that is to be expected. Individuals and groups are both welcome an accommodated easily. Enjoy.

Went here for a year and am now pursuing a career in the trade I learned. I never had a bad experience here. The instructors were always kind, the food was made by students, and was pretty decent, and the extracurriculars we're great. I recommend this opportunity to anyone even remotely interested.
