Bay Area Child Care - Brier/Glanker

My both children went to this child care. I’ll give 5 star because amazing & caring staff specially Ms Asma & Ms Huda my children love them so much so when I’m away I’m stress free they are in good hands and it’s play base program what else kids want. They did lot of fun activities baking, coloring painting & so many crafts etc. They had field trips in summer.

My kids have been at both the Glankler-Brier and Azevada locations since last April. I cannot begin to express how amazing the staff have been to my family and to all the families who attend B.A.C.C. The environment this team fosters is one that compliments what all the kids are learning during the school day. Help with homework is helping both my children advance in school, allowing me to be a second-set of eyes for all assignments and encouraging them to work independently. Lots of supervised free play, which promotes growth and creativity, and many extra activities during the day that allow kids to explore new topics and concepts. Frida, the director, has always responded promptly to my emails. Phones are answered when possible, but any parent who expects instantaneous responses don’t have realistic expectations for any education system. The only negatives have been from interactions from some of the parents (one referred to be as “the help” while volunteering for a field trip), but their attitudes are not reflective on the staff who always strive to meet the needs of the kids. My kids have thrived at B.A.C.C., making many friends and participating in activities they wouldn’t have a chance to otherwise due to me working full-time. I highly recommend this program.

The never answer the phone calls and never replies to voice message, not sure how the kids are being taken care .
